I found Jeff to be very thorough and not in a rush to finish. I felt the final bill was very reasonable and fair. Jeff also offered suggestions for future up grades now that the garage door is nearing ten years old. I highly recommend Precision. I will definitely use them for any future work I may need. Our technician was super! He called us before arriving and he arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. Jeff went above and beyond to take care of my garage door problems.He explained what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. He went so far as to reprogram both of my car's homelink garage door remotes. He replaced everything but the garage door itself.

The spring broke on my garage door and I was not able to open it to remove my car. I needed an immediate repair. I called Precision and the technician (Chris) arrived an hour later. Chris had all parts required on his truck and my door was fully repaired 2 hours later. Chris performed a complete overhaul of my door components including replacement of the springs for a very reasonable price. The repair includes a 5 year warranty so I have peace of mind for the foreseeable future. The expeditious response and reasonable price exceeded all my expectations. I will recommend Precision to any friends or acquaintances requiring garage door repair.

Precision Garage Door has been servicing my door for several years. They installed our current Hurricane proof door, did a great job. I have the door tuned up annually. All of the guys who have serviced our door have been polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The door is quiet and dependable. The office people are helpful and good about scheduling. We originally were referred by a friend.

I had used Precision in the past so called again because my garage door would not open and I was stuck at home. I was given an appt for the next day, 10-2. Jeff arrived at ten, saw immediately what the problem was, offered me two solutions. My 21 year old garage door was in need of an overhaul and Jeff gave it one. He had all the parts he needed and worked quickly for two hours to improve the door. Now it works better than ever. It is much quieter and Jeff showed me how the parts he replaced now made it easier for me to actually lift the door myself by hand. Jeff was polite and hardworking and answered all my questions. I would definitely call Precision again if I needed to.

First it was great to see technician arrive 20 minutes early. Bryant and I discussed the issues and what my options were and we went ahead and replaced contractor grade opener we had for 8 years. You installed the original garage door opener. I have called you back a few times I replaced the spring and today it was the belt. I knew when I looked at why it wasn’t opening correctly that it was teeth missing in the belt. Unfortunately, there appears to be a shortage and the technician did not have one and there aren’t any available. I will have to wait until next week sometime to get the repair done. Linton does not live here this is his sister Dianne and I reside in the house

We were able to schedule a technician quickly. Chris arrived on time friendly and professional. He assessed the issues we were having and offered several options. He offered to do the work that needed to be done, while he was there. I requested in writing the cost of the other work that needs to be done. He broke it down and sent me an email that had the cost of each repair while he was standing beside me. I would recommend this business to anyone needing garage door repair.
