Outstanding service from start to finish. The office got us scheduled for annual maintenance of our hurricane garage door (which they installed in 2013 and is still going strong) the next day. my friend bj foy had you guys install a garage door opener at her house and I was so impressed at how quiet it was, actually jealous. I set up an appt on line and my technician Chris called and said he could come earlier if I wanted. I agreed, he showed up very knowledgeable and very friendly. He completed a new installation very timely and explained any question I had along the way, and I asked a lot of questions. Now my garage door is so quiet I can't wait to show it off to everyone. Took photos of the incorrect parts and shoddy installation and thoroughly reviewed the entire problem. Gave a thorough explanation of the situation and advice to remedy the situation. The repair man call when he was on his way. When he arrived in unform he was very helpful by inspecting the door and putting 2 quotas together for us. Went over each estimated and cost. We went forward with estimate 1. The worker was clean did everything as per estimate 1.He did a company courtesy tune-up. Lubing all moving part etc. Great job. Our technician came to look at our garage door opener which had stopped working, and the motor had died. He suggested a new one that was more appropriate for the size of our garage door. He installed the new one in what seemed like no time. Explained how it worked and was on his way. We were very pleased with everything!

Excellent service! Brian came out on Sunday afternoon to repair a garage door opener that was not working. The end result was replacing the entire motor system, spring, plus maintenance. I am happy he was able to come on Sunday because the door would have had to be left opened most of the day and all night. I wasn't able to get the door down, even trying to do it manually. I have been using Precision for over 10 years, and I highly recommend this company.
