HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was of course a weekend when the spring failed. I knew this day was coming. A lot of noise coming from door opening and closing. I had saved a Vero magazine with an ad from Precision. I gave them a call. Explained my situation and if there was a chance of service. I was happy to hear that a tech would be able to see me this afternoon. I was even able to get an estimate over the phone. Didn't want any sticker shock. The technician, Shane called when he was on his way and with an ETA. Here's the good part. At NO TIME did he try to sell me anything. He pointed out areas to watch considering the age of the unit. He knows his stuff. Professional to say the least. Thank you

We called Precision because we had an issue with our door not going down. We called and someone came that afternoon. The technician (Jeff Dineen) came out found the problem, showed us what was wrong and explained what needed to be done. When he was done he once again went over everything. Very good job and very professional. The only garage door people to call.

I had known the company name while in Brevard County and when we purchased a property in Indian River County and need garage door servicing I reached out to 2 local companies for quotes. They came back so divergent that I felt I needed to seek a 3rd quote from someone I knew/trusted, so I arranged for that quote with Precision. Bryan Hewitson just came over and what a great experience. Talked me through all the existing issues, including not doing ones that didn't need to be done, and then went about getting our door to operate as if brand new. I have been a customer for several years. My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision. They sent out Rob to help me. He was fantastic!!! My old craftsman motor was about 15 years old. So it was necessary to replace it as they don't make parts for it any more. Rob explained all my options. He even was nice enough to talk to my adult son, Chad, and explain everything to him too. I was very impressed that Rob installed my new garage door motor in about an hour. He even helped me with a couple heavy things that needed to be moved.
