We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine. Precision repaired and reconditioned my garage door many years ago, so they were my first choice after a spring broke. Within 24 hours, my garage door springs were replaced, and a damaged belt they found, all under my previous lifetime warranty. After minimal labor cost, I was back in action. I have been a customer for several years. My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision. They sent out Rob to help me. He was fantastic!!! My old craftsman motor was about 15 years old. So it was necessary to replace it as they don't make parts for it any more. Rob explained all my options. He even was nice enough to talk to my adult son, Chad, and explain everything to him too. I was very impressed that Rob installed my new garage door motor in about an hour. He even helped me with a couple heavy things that needed to be moved.
