Precision repaired and reconditioned my garage door many years ago, so they were my first choice after a spring broke. Within 24 hours, my garage door springs were replaced, and a damaged belt they found, all under my previous lifetime warranty. After minimal labor cost, I was back in action. I have been a customer for several years. My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision. They sent out Rob to help me. He was fantastic!!! My old craftsman motor was about 15 years old. So it was necessary to replace it as they don't make parts for it any more. Rob explained all my options. He even was nice enough to talk to my adult son, Chad, and explain everything to him too. I was very impressed that Rob installed my new garage door motor in about an hour. He even helped me with a couple heavy things that needed to be moved. GL pods cast in Mpls One of the guys on the show try fixing his own door so we ended up calm precision garage door service in Alexandria Minnesota. So when ours broke I looked up to see they have one in saint lucie county. Rob came out to fix my door New springs, new bearings and adjusted the opener. Our door has never worked this good in four years since we bought the house. The door opens and closes so quiet now.
