Scheduled a tune up for my garage door online using the chat. Very easy to use and I was able to get a date scheduled for next day which was very convenient for me. Rob the service tech arrived as scheduled. Explained what was included in the tune up and then completed a tune up on door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. Door is working better on the open and close. At my request, Rob also provided a quote for replacement of the springs and mechanisms as my current equipment is original to the home build and beyond the typical life expectancy. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Just the detailed information and options I had requested. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage and I have been pleased each time with the professionalism of the technician and the overall service provided. I will be using Precision Garage again.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The office got us scheduled for annual maintenance of our hurricane garage door (which they installed in 2013 and is still going strong) the next day. Woke up this morning to a busted spring on the garage door. Since we park both cars inside the garage, we were stuck working from home (boo hoo hahaha). Precision exceeded my expectations!! First off, my service Rep was early, which was a bonus for me. His name was Ron S. He was very professional and friendly. Ron did a full service on my door and replaced the indoor door opener which was what I called them for. Ron tried to repair it, but the last power outage did the thing in completely. He explained what needed to be done before starting to work on the door opener and notified me that it did indeed need replacing. He kept me informed of each thing he did during his visit. The cost was very reasonable to me and I'm grateful for the time he took to explain things to me. He even helped me reprogram the outside keypad code. I will definitely keep Precision in my phone contact list.

Rob was very helpful and explained everything that was going to be performed after checking what was wrong with my garage door and the option of repair that I selected. The repair man call when he was on his way. When he arrived in unform he was very helpful by inspecting the door and putting 2 quotas together for us. Went over each estimated and cost. Technician arrived to the job site ready with previous service information (been using this company for a while). He was courteous and listened to my issues. Rob (service Tech) provided a complete inspection of our Garage Door and old Opener. Due to the age of the old opener(25 years old) and the sounds coming from it, I decided with Rob's concurrence to replace the Opener.
