When our garage door opener failed we contacted Precision. They immediately scheduled a service technician who showed up on time. Robert S. was professional and a pleasure to work with. He tested all parts and explained in detail where we had issues. He also offered several options. We ended up getting a complete overhaul of our existing garage door parts and a new door opener. The job was completed the same morning and we are extremely happy with the result. Robert was excellent to work with.

I had a set of failing springs that made my door open slower. I contacted Precision and they were able to help me same day. My previous spring install was only 1.5 years prior through a home warranty using a contractor that did not match the proper springs to my door. There may have also been quality concerns with that company's product. Rob S explained the issue to me in great detail down to the proper IPPT! He walked through the proposal of hardware, service, warranty, and fees so there was no confusion to what I'd be paying or receiving. I have used Precision in the past for maintenance and my door install. There were no complaints but I did go through home warranty for the last issue to save money. I will now trust Precision for my extended garage door needs.

Scheduled a tune up for my garage door online using the chat. Very easy to use and I was able to get a date scheduled for next day which was very convenient for me. Rob the service tech arrived as scheduled. Explained what was included in the tune up and then completed a tune up on door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. Door is working better on the open and close. At my request, Rob also provided a quote for replacement of the springs and mechanisms as my current equipment is original to the home build and beyond the typical life expectancy. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Just the detailed information and options I had requested. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage and I have been pleased each time with the professionalism of the technician and the overall service provided. I will be using Precision Garage again.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The office got us scheduled for annual maintenance of our hurricane garage door (which they installed in 2013 and is still going strong) the next day. Precision exceeded my expectations!! First off, my service Rep was early, which was a bonus for me. His name was Ron S. He was very professional and friendly. Ron did a full service on my door and replaced the indoor door opener which was what I called them for. Ron tried to repair it, but the last power outage did the thing in completely. He explained what needed to be done before starting to work on the door opener and notified me that it did indeed need replacing. He kept me informed of each thing he did during his visit. The cost was very reasonable to me and I'm grateful for the time he took to explain things to me. He even helped me reprogram the outside keypad code. I will definitely keep Precision in my phone contact list.
