I had used Precision in the past so called again because my garage door would not open and I was stuck at home. I was given an appt for the next day, 10-2. Jeff arrived at ten, saw immediately what the problem was, offered me two solutions. My 21 year old garage door was in need of an overhaul and Jeff gave it one. He had all the parts he needed and worked quickly for two hours to improve the door. Now it works better than ever. It is much quieter and Jeff showed me how the parts he replaced now made it easier for me to actually lift the door myself by hand. Jeff was polite and hardworking and answered all my questions. I would definitely call Precision again if I needed to.

Precision Garage Doors is an awesome company! My OUTSTANDING salesman, Bruce Metviner, was straight forward offering the best price and high quality product. He was not "pushy" and understood my needs from the very beginning! Bruce offered two alternatives to select based on my preferences. Everything was included in the price from permit to any additional work being required. It was definitely a "stress-free" process from beginning to end! There were no "bait and switch" tactics like I have experienced during my lifetime! Above all, Bruce was honest, professional, and friendly making an easy decision to put my trust into him and Precision Door! He is an outstanding asset to Precision Door! We were able to schedule a technician quickly. Chris arrived on time friendly and professional. He assessed the issues we were having and offered several options. He offered to do the work that needed to be done, while he was there. I requested in writing the cost of the other work that needs to be done. He broke it down and sent me an email that had the cost of each repair while he was standing beside me. I would recommend this business to anyone needing garage door repair.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs or new installations. When my door broke about 6 p.m. they were able to come out early the next day. I needed a new door as I suspected. The installers were very knowledgeable, cleaned up and took the old door away. They even helped me pair the new door opener to my car!

We used Precision for new springs and complete tune up around 2014 followed by a New LiftMastet opener shortly thereafter. Around 2016 they installed a new door for us as well, the service was very good and they did a great job… fast forward to 2026 our opener was not working so they did a Special $99 turn up and said the gear on the motor was broken and we needed a new opener to tune of $1050?? Or we could go to Home Depot and buy one and they would install it for around $350! An hour later I called LiftMaster and they informed me that the motor is guaranteed for life and sent me an entire new motor in about four days. When I contacted Precision they said they would install it for $389, seriously?, I called one of their competitors with 50+ years of service in the area and they installed, greased the belt and readjusted the tension in 45 minutes for $139 with my Veterans Discount and Fast, Friendly, and Honest Service! Not sure what happened to Precisions Quality and Service??

Wow, what a great experience. Our technician Rob was great. He kept us informed on when exactly he would be arriving, quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken part inside a wall mount opener), and got me in contact with the Genie product people for warranty work. Then, to my surprise, he contacted his manager, and they decided not charge me anything for the service call. I don't think it could get much better, and I highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door has been servicing my door for several years. They installed our current Hurricane proof door, did a great job. I have the door tuned up annually. All of the guys who have serviced our door have been polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The door is quiet and dependable. The office people are helpful and good about scheduling.
