Precision Garage Door installed my garage door a little over 8 years ago, and whenever I have needed service (very rarely) they have responded quickly and professionally. The technician, Shane called on his was over, was on time, was thorough, explained my choices for service with full details, and was able to complete the work within an hour. He showed me what he did and left the garage without leaving a mess. I definitely recommend this business

Jeff proved to be a very knowledgeable technician. He assessed the issues that I was experiencing with my garage door opener light not operating properly. Once this issue was completed, he inspected the doors and corrected the issues he discovered with wiring and stabilized the small door to keep it from shifting when it opened and closed.

Braden, our service tech, did an excellent job. Diagnose the problem with the garage door not being able to open. Explain to me what the problem was and what he was going to do to solve the issue. After the work was completed, he told me how the door should be maintained to keep it working. He was very professional. Also, I should mention, he was right on time.

Precision fixed my daughter's garage door issue and I was very impressed with the technician's (Shane) expertise and efficiency. I had an issue with my garage door opener not working so I decided to try Precision again. They were quick to get me on their schedule. I was not disappointed. My technician (Bryan) called to let me know he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was alright with me. It was, so Bryan arrived at the agreed to time and had my issue fixed within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. Additionally, Bryan inspected my system and made several suggestions that might enhance its operation. These were things that I could do. He also pointed out areas to keep an eye on that might cause future issues. No hard sell at all, but good information to know. I will be calling Precision again if I experience issues in the future.

We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine.
