I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs or new installations. When my door broke about 6 p.m. they were able to come out early the next day. I needed a new door as I suspected. The installers were very knowledgeable, cleaned up and took the old door away. They even helped me pair the new door opener to my car!

We used Precision for new springs and complete tune up around 2014 followed by a New LiftMastet opener shortly thereafter. Around 2016 they installed a new door for us as well, the service was very good and they did a great job… fast forward to 2026 our opener was not working so they did a Special $99 turn up and said the gear on the motor was broken and we needed a new opener to tune of $1050?? Or we could go to Home Depot and buy one and they would install it for around $350! An hour later I called LiftMaster and they informed me that the motor is guaranteed for life and sent me an entire new motor in about four days. When I contacted Precision they said they would install it for $389, seriously?, I called one of their competitors with 50+ years of service in the area and they installed, greased the belt and readjusted the tension in 45 minutes for $139 with my Veterans Discount and Fast, Friendly, and Honest Service! Not sure what happened to Precisions Quality and Service??

Brian and Chris came out on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong and what it would take to fix. Wow, what a great experience. Our technician Rob was great. He kept us informed on when exactly he would be arriving, quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken part inside a wall mount opener), and got me in contact with the Genie product people for warranty work. Then, to my surprise, he contacted his manager, and they decided not charge me anything for the service call. I don't think it could get much better, and I highly recommend them.

I know when he is done I do not need to worry about the garage door any more. We do follow the recommended yearly maintenance to keep the door working smoothly. Precision Garage Door replaced a spring for me years ago, so I called them again when a cable snapped. They came the very next morning. The serviceman was polite and informative, with no hard pressure sales. He had all the parts he needed on-hand. The price was reasonable for an overhaul. I’d call them again, if I need to, but probably not for a long time.

Precision had installed my garage door back in 2015. My research, as well as talking to some of their customers at the time convinced me that this company was the best choice to do the best job at a reasonable cost; and I was not disappointed. The installation was clean and done professionally! Needing some preventative maintenance and repair work done on the door ten years later, I again called Precision just recently. The person who took my call was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment at my choosing the very next day. Arriving at my home on time was a tech named Rob Stephenson, neat, clean and with a professional manner. He carefully noted with me his recommendations, explaining everything in easily understandable lay terms; no technical jargon. He gained my trust immediately. In the end, my garage door works quietly, smoothly and in my opinion, just as it did when first installed! Kudos to Precision and its staff of pros!

I have had Precision Garage Service service my garage door several times and have always been pleased with their work. I just had them install a new opener and I am very pleased with the unit and the technician that installed it. The technician was very thorough and explained the costs of either fixing or replacing my old opener. I chose to replace it with a more robust commercial unit to replace my old unit that was undersized for my garage door.

The center track on our garage door broke on a holiday weekend. When we called the following day, they were able to come out and replace most of the parts, including a new motor the same day. Dereck was very professional and explained in depth, how each part would work. He also programmed the (new) keypad and calibrated both cars to open the garage door on demand.

Technician Derek M was professional, knowledgeable, called ahead, arrived on time, and was also very friendly. He explained what needed to be done, suggested other fixes to keep the door functioning well and provided the estimate of all the options before starting. Precision has been my garage door service company for over 20 years and from their friendly office staff to their talented technicians, they continue to provide outstanding service! I could hear a noise coming from my garage door opener and called Precision for service. The friendly office staff worked with my availability and scheduled a window that worked best for me. Jeff Dineen contacted me when he was on his way to my house and promptly arrived as scheduled. Jeff tracked down the source of the noise, showed me the cause of the noise, and we discussed options of repair or replacement. I chose to have the opener replaced and Jeff promptly performed the installation with care and precision. He took his time, clearly explained everything he was doing, and treated me and my home with care and respect. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. You could sense Jeff’s natural friendliness and his desire to provide excellent service. Jeff’s service was outstanding and I will not hesitate to continue to utilize Precision in the future!!
