Called this morning, appointment was arranged for this afternoon, Shane called with a 10 minute window, which allowed me to cage my dog!! Explained the issues. Shane informed me of the problem gave me the quote and worked on repairing our door. Issues were sorted within an hour at a very competitive rate. Very happy, with the ease of booking the appointment, prompt service, and a very informative and knowledgeable technician. I would certainly highly recommend this company for all your garage door problems.

Reference: Invoice 126788696 Service Technician Shane Abbenante performed excellent Customer Service in the repair of my garage door broken spring issue…He provided & showed me detailed explanations of the recommended repairs that should be completed: Remove & Replace 2 springs, 3 bearings, LH & RH Drums, Set of Torsion Cables and 10 PDS Rollers…I opted for his recommendations, as it was a better & cost effective solution!

Within 2 hours of my contact with Precision doors, the technician (Shane) arrived at my home with all necessary parts. About an hour later, the springs, rollers and cables were replaced and the job was complete. Great, professional and efficient work by Shane.

We used Precision Garage Door about two years age to replace the motor to our garage door opener, so when we need help again we knew who to call. Prompt service! I called yesterday morning and was told there was a time slot available later in the day. Bryan was the tech. First he helped us rest the key pad, then he listened to the other issues we had with our garage door and gave us our options. He replaced the springs, bearings and adjusted the door. Everything was done in a timely manner. Bryan was personable and professional. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door

Prompt service. Replaced broken belt, lubricated all appropriate points, adjusted springs tension. Door operates more quietly and is better balanced due to tension adjustment. All great but felt fees to be a bit high. Brian

I called Precision because my garage door opener died after 25 years of use. I scheduled an appointment in the morning and had a terrific technician, Bryan come out within a few hours to diagnose the problem and offer many solutions. I decided what I wanted and he immediately got to work. Less than 90 minutes later he was finished. He did a fantastic job and explained all the warranties for the product and properly instructed me on how to use and maintain everything. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.
