I called for a broken spring replacement. Banden was sent to work on my door issue. He was on time, professional and answered all my concerns. He showed me the areas where my 26 year old door could use some rework without any pressure to accept all his recommendations. I agreed the items needed attention and he proceed to explain just what and how the items would be replaced. He completed the job, cleaned up after himself and explained what all he did to make me satisfied. The door is so quiet now that it is hard to know when it's actually moving. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

Precision garage doors met my emergency call the same day i notified them of my problem. The springs/ bearings needed to be replaced on my garage door, I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day and fix the problem. Braden, our service tech, did an excellent job. Diagnose the problem with the garage door not being able to open. Explain to me what the problem was and what he was going to do to solve the issue.
