It was an overall great experience. The springs/ bearings needed to be replaced on my garage door, I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day and fix the problem. The technician Braden was on time, very professional, and courteous. Braden explained what had to be done and promptly fixed the problem, he was awesome. Braden, our service tech, did an excellent job. Diagnose the problem with the garage door not being able to open. Explain to me what the problem was and what he was going to do to solve the issue. After the work was completed, he told me how the door should be maintained to keep it working. He was very professional. Also, I should mention, he was right on time.
