I'm extremely happy with the service your professionals provided today as I have been with every service I have received from Precision Garage Door Service since I began doing business with your company (over eight years now). I called your office with a minor concern with an unusual sound happening with my garage door when I open it. Your technician was here within 3 hours, even though it was a minor concern. He contacted me before his arrival to let me know his name and when he would arrive. He did a comprehensive inspection of my system and told me there was nothing wrong that a routine maintenance wouldn't correct. What he didn't do was try to sell me something I didn't really need. In my experience, this is uncommon. He did, at my request, provide me with reasonable estimates for services I may require in the future. This included a new opener since my current opener is well over ten years old. I would strongly recommend Precision to any of my friends or neighbors, and I thank them for being a trustworthy, reliable and an ethical service provider.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. When the motor of my garage door died, I called Precision becaused I had used their services previously for a minir repair, and was happy with them. Two technicians came out by the next day (only because I'd called late in the evening). The technicians were courteous, professional, and very skilled, and within two hours,had replaced my old 25+ year old motor, which I must admit had seen better days. The price was very reasonable, and the job was thorough. I am extremely satisfied with the job which was very well done, the warranty, and the service, and I very highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your garage door repair or replacement.

After 23 years the spring on my garage finally broke, I googled for a company to make the repairs. Precision Garage door came up and I booked an appointment for today. Two of your workers showed up and in less than two hours they had replaced the spring and everything is working fine. I friend of ours, had a problem with their garage door which resulted in not being able to open the door. It took several days to get someone out to repair their door. We decided to have our garage door inspected so we would not be in the situation as our friend. We called Precision Garage Door on a Friday afternoon, and they said that they could be at our house the next day (Saturday) but we indicated that it was not emergence and Monday would be fine. They gave us a time frame window and would call when they were 30 minutes from our house. The young man gave our garage door a detailed inspection and found a few problem areas which he fixed. He was very nice and was very profession during his inspection. He gave us some items about our door that we should monitor but was not necessary to address at this time frame. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and for sure we will keep their phone number with other companies that we trust.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I set up the appointment online for the next day, which was very easy to do, and the repairman (Branden) showed up on time to work the job. We went over what options I had to get the job done, and once I selected what all I wanted to happen, he was quick and once complete, went over everything with me before payment. You installed the original garage door opener. I have called you back a few times I replaced the spring and today it was the belt. I knew when I looked at why it wasn’t opening correctly that it was teeth missing in the belt. Unfortunately, there appears to be a shortage and the technician did not have one and there aren’t any available. I will have to wait until next week sometime to get the repair done.
