I friend of ours, had a problem with their garage door which resulted in not being able to open the door. It took several days to get someone out to repair their door. We decided to have our garage door inspected so we would not be in the situation as our friend. We called Precision Garage Door on a Friday afternoon, and they said that they could be at our house the next day (Saturday) but we indicated that it was not emergence and Monday would be fine. They gave us a time frame window and would call when they were 30 minutes from our house. The young man gave our garage door a detailed inspection and found a few problem areas which he fixed. He was very nice and was very profession during his inspection. He gave us some items about our door that we should monitor but was not necessary to address at this time frame. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and for sure we will keep their phone number with other companies that we trust.

You installed the original garage door opener. I have called you back a few times I replaced the spring and today it was the belt. I knew when I looked at why it wasn’t opening correctly that it was teeth missing in the belt. I called for a broken spring replacement. Banden was sent to work on my door issue. He was on time, professional and answered all my concerns. He showed me the areas where my 26 year old door could use some rework without any pressure to accept all his recommendations. I agreed the items needed attention and he proceed to explain just what and how the items would be replaced. He completed the job, cleaned up after himself and explained what all he did to make me satisfied. The door is so quiet now that it is hard to know when it's actually moving. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
