Mickey's Bio:
He was born in Fayetteville, NC, but raised in Alaska and Washington State. Gradually, he worked his way down South where he went to college in Atlanta, GA for computer networking and security. He has built every desktop PC that he has ever owned. He used to build and maintain servers, for Mercury Ocean LLC, in Myrtle Beach, SC as well. Mickey loves to read and do jigsaw puzzles, when he is not busy with a computer, and he also loves solving Sudoku puzzles. Dungeons and Dragons is by far his biggest hobby since he has been playing it for over 20 years. Mickey loves a good joke and doesn't mind making anyone laugh. He also loves to cook.

Our only car was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. This was at 6:30 in the evening. I Called Precision and they scheduled for a service call that night between 8 and 10. Service man came about 8:30. I was very glad to see him if only he could open the door for us. But he reassured me saying he could fix the door that night. He had it repaired in about an hour and a half with two new springs and other stuff. Fantastic service!! Thanks so much!!

This evening I had an issue with my garage door which included a broken carriage bolt and track issues which kept my garage door from closing fully. I contacted Precision and they gave me an emergency appointment. A technician named Mickey Carter came out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Mickey was very kind and very professional. Called Precision in Indialantic Beach when garage door made noise and only closed half way. I also knew we needed a new door opener. They promptly scheduled an appt. for the following day and Mitch called before he came out. He assessed the door and said it was fine. He proceeded to install a new opener, taught me how to program it for our existing remotes, and was done in about an hour. I appreciate the prompt service and his assessment.

I called Precision about my garage door opener issue on a holiday weekend. They responded on the next business day. The technicians arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was corrected with the installation of a new opener, as the original was nearly 20years old and replacement parts were no longer available. The lead technician, Mickey, was knowledgeable and professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner with no issues. They even programmed my two automobiles for the new opener.
