I was very impressed with Precision! my garage door opener stopped working, and I asked my neighbor if they had any recommendations. They recommended Precision. I called first thing this morning and they were able to send a technician out to repair the problem. The technician, Ken, arrived shortly after and resolved the problem. Ken provided a few options with prices. Within a few hours, my garage door was repaired with a new opener on the same day. Everyone was professional and courteous.

I have lived in my house for almost 25 years and have always called Precision Door (and No One Else!!) whenever I've needed garage door service. have pretty much called every year for the past few yrs for annual maintenance since the door is getting pretty old now. But the main reason for this review is to let you know JEFF, was here this last time and he should get a rating of 10!!!!----excellent service, took a lot of time straightening out "why when the door shuts it kinda hits heavy on the ground---just an excellent visit and service for the money----if I had known he was going to be such a caring guy about this door, I would have prepared with some cash for a tip!

I have lived in Titusville FL fo r 41 years and have used Precision for all my garage door problems. They were recommended to me by a neighbor for replacement of our old door. In that time Precision has installed my new streel door; reinforced it against hurricane; replaced an old door opener; replaced springs; reattached the door when it worked loose from the cement block above. They know what they are doing, and their work is professional and done properly. I have never had to call them back on a job. This time it was a new battery in the opener. They were here the day after I called and on time. The installer called to let me know he was on his way and when he'd arrive. Thank you for the call. It took about 45 minutes to install the new battery, and he checked the door as well, tightened up a couple screws. No charge for this. He also said since I had a whole house generator, I really didn't need a battery since it was for emergency use if the power went out. I chose to put the battery in. First time any company said I did not need what I was asking for. He was neatly dressed, clean, very nice and informative. He did a fantastic job in a limited space, working around my car which he said didn't need to be moved. I am very pleased with this company, and I will use them again and again. I will also highly recommend them to others.

Rob came to our home at the exact scheduled time with a phone call before arriving. He assessed our garage door and told me about a couple of options. I decided to get it completely revamped with a new electric opener. He worked quickly and in the awful July Florida heat. He was professional and kind. I called for a broken spring replacement. Banden was sent to work on my door issue. He was on time, professional and answered all my concerns. He showed me the areas where my 26 year old door could use some rework without any pressure to accept all his recommendations. I agreed the items needed attention and he proceed to explain just what and how the items would be replaced. He completed the job, cleaned up after himself and explained what all he did to make me satisfied. The door is so quiet now that it is hard to know when it's actually moving. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
