I am very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. When the motor of my garage door died, I called Precision becaused I had used their services previously for a minir repair, and was happy with them. Two technicians came out by the next day (only because I'd called late in the evening). The technicians were courteous, professional, and very skilled, and within two hours,had replaced my old 25+ year old motor, which I must admit had seen better days. The price was very reasonable, and the job was thorough. I am extremely satisfied with the job which was very well done, the warranty, and the service, and I very highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your garage door repair or replacement.

Our garage door wasn't working properly and of course it was the weekend! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday morning around 9:35 am. An appointment was arranged for us that day between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The technicians, Jeff and Jaden showed up around 1:30 pm. Jeff told us what was wrong and offered us two choices to have it repaired. We chose and asked when they could do it. The answer was NOW! The repaired the door parts and changed out the motor. Everything was done by 4:00 pm. What a blessing! I highly recommend this company!

Derek, the technician told me what he was going to do and how much it cost before he did any of the work. Derek told how every thing worked after he got all of it finished. First it was great to see technician arrive 20 minutes early. Bryant and I discussed the issues and what my options were and we went ahead and replaced contractor grade opener we had for 8 years. Bryant was courteous and professional,answering my questions,as he removed old and installed new. He was meticulous in cleaning up after work was done. Precision Garage was recommended by my neighbor and I would definitely use for any future garage door needs and highly recommend for those searching out a garage door company.

Precision installed my garage doors in 2023. The installation crew was friendly, helpful and efficient. The individual who gave me the quote in 2023 was actually the same person (Rob) who came today to troubleshoot and service the doors. It’s encouraging and refreshing to see the person who sold you the product actually has hands on experience and expertise! I have recommended Precision to several people and will continue to do so. Our garage door had a broken opener and a broken spring so it was unstable for a few days. Shane came by and fixed all our issues with our door. He even repaired our damaged bottom seal. He was very easy to talk to and transparent with his inspection and the costs involved with getting out door up and running. The technician, called before showing up (approx 10-15 mins). The technician was very polite, professional and a conversationalist too. Went over the procedure to fixing the problem, garage door opener/batteries. Complete the work, went over the parts needed, preventive maintenance. The total price for today’s service and future maintenance should I decide to do so in the future. Very pleased with the service today. Both with the initial phone call, when service would be at my residence. The lady, she to, was very polite and professional. Will definitely return for services on my garage door.

I was pleased with the prompt service in fixing the issue with the outside door pad. Although just out of warranty, I thought some consideration might have been given since in a previous issue with the pad a replacement option was indicated if there was a future problem.

It was an overall great experience. The springs/ bearings needed to be replaced on my garage door, I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day and fix the problem.
