It was an overall great experience. The springs/ bearings needed to be replaced on my garage door, I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day and fix the problem. The technician Braden was on time, very professional, and courteous. Braden explained what had to be done and promptly fixed the problem, he was awesome. I would highly recommend Precision for any and all work that needs to be done on your garage doors. Thank you Braden for the excellent work.

Truly a great experience. I made the appointment via Chat on the website, which only took a matter of minutes. I asked for a Saturday appointment which they eagerly scheduled. The technician, Derek, arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. The service was reasonably priced too. Precision Door had installed new equipment several years ago and this was the first time I was experiencing a problem - it being the door opening extremely slow. Dustin, the technician, explained that it was an electrical outlet issue that was affecting the charging of the battery - he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me - checked out the remaining parts and recommended possible future maintenance. Very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the product - you are lucky to have him as a technician.

Called this morning at 8am because of a broken garage door spring. Was given an appointment for today between 10-12. Received a call from the service technician Bryan that he would arrive at 1030 and he was right on time. He gave me a detailed explanation on what he would do, gave me the price and time to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend Precision garage door service as they were outstanding. I even received an email from the division owner thanking me for my business.
