I have used your company in the past and was satisfied with the service so when my torsion spring broke you was my first choice. I was more than happy with the quick response and the professionalism of your technician. He inspected my garage door and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also suggested other areas that needed attention and explained why. He put together options that went from replacing the broke spring to a complete overhaul with pricing. I choose the overhaul and can say I'm glad I did. My garage door works as smooth and quiet as it did when it was new. You have a great tech, hang on to him!!

I used Precision Garage doors because I purchased my door from you 10 years ago. I had an excellent experience then and think your product is of high quality. The spring broke on my door right after Milton. Jeff was your repairman who serviced my door. He was right on the time specified, courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do. When he finished he explained and showed me all the parts he had replaced. I will use Precision in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Started with an emergency the day I moved here in 2018. Since then the best has been how quickly there is a response when I need help. I have a double and a single door, both are so quiet it is amazing. I did not buy this house new, the garage doors are insulated as the previous owner put an air conditioner in the garage.
