Ben did a great job. He called first and was able to come earlier than scheduled (which was appreciated). He was friendly and got the job done efficiently. Spring broke and they had originally installed so I called. On a Sunday, he was there in about an hour and replaced spring, wheels, wire, etc. Did a great job explaining my options and then all that he did and upkeep. Great job and highly recommend

Really appreciate the prompt response and repair. Went with the overhaul as I had one broken spring and two broken cables. Got new springs, cables, rollers, drums, bearings etc. Had been really noisy. Sounds new now.

Great service. Techs called first to see if the could come earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional and friendly. Also I purchased a new car and couldn’t program it to open garage and they did it for me. They also tuned up garage door and replaced screws, etc. I am very happy with Precision’s service.
