Really appreciate the prompt response and repair. Went with the overhaul as I had one broken spring and two broken cables. Got new springs, cables, rollers, drums, bearings etc. Had been really noisy. Sounds new now.

Great service. Techs called first to see if the could come earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional and friendly. Also I purchased a new car and couldn’t program it to open garage and they did it for me. They also tuned up garage door and replaced screws, etc. I am very happy with Precision’s service.

Travis was our technician. Would appreciate a hard copy of invoice. Do not like to have to go to extra steps to view invoice. $25 discount was given with coipon..is this considered the same as military discount.
