I have a double and a single door, both are so quiet it is amazing. I did not buy this house new, the garage doors are insulated as the previous owner put an air conditioner in the garage. Spring broke and they had originally installed so I called. On a Sunday, he was there in about an hour and replaced spring, wheels, wire, etc. Did a great job explaining my options and then all that he did and upkeep. Great job and highly recommend
