The service I received was excellent. Shane called first to let me know that he could arrive earlier than scheduled. As the garage door wasn't working properly he quickly determined that certain controls on the opener needed to be adjusted and also that the chain was too tight and needed to be loosened. In addition, he lubricated the door tracks & hinges and then also tightened the tracks and ceiling braces where they attach to the garage to ensure continued stability. Shane explained all charges and provided an email invoice. Shane was professional, courteous and competent. The garage door is working fine now.

Our technician came to look at our garage door opener which had stopped working, and the motor had died. He suggested a new one that was more appropriate for the size of our garage door. Our garage door had a broken opener and a broken spring so it was unstable for a few days. Shane came by and fixed all our issues with our door. He even repaired our damaged bottom seal. He was very easy to talk to and transparent with his inspection and the costs involved with getting out door up and running. I have had Precision Garage Service service my garage door several times and have always been pleased with their work. I just had them install a new opener and I am very pleased with the unit and the technician that installed it. The technician was very thorough and explained the costs of either fixing or replacing my old opener. I chose to replace it with a more robust commercial unit to replace my old unit that was undersized for my garage door.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was of course a weekend when the spring failed. I knew this day was coming. A lot of noise coming from door opening and closing. I had saved a Vero magazine with an ad from Precision. I gave them a call. Explained my situation and if there was a chance of service. I was happy to hear that a tech would be able to see me this afternoon. I was even able to get an estimate over the phone. Didn't want any sticker shock. The technician, Shane called when he was on his way and with an ETA. Here's the good part. At NO TIME did he try to sell me anything. He pointed out areas to watch considering the age of the unit. I've been dealing with y'all for many years!! The young man who did the work, Shane, was very knowledgeable, polite & explained everything he was doing & made sure I was comfortable with the way the changes would work for me!! It's so much quieter now & replacing the motor allows me to have 2 new remotes (the old ones didn't work right sometimes.) Also the keypad hasn't worked in probably 15 years!! I love the way sensor turns the light on in the garage when I step in from the house!!! I can't say enough about the wonderful service y'all have provided for me!! Sandi
