Called this morning, appointment was arranged for this afternoon, Shane called with a 10 minute window, which allowed me to cage my dog!! Explained the issues. Shane informed me of the problem gave me the quote and worked on repairing our door. Issues were sorted within an hour at a very competitive rate. Very happy, with the ease of booking the appointment, prompt service, and a very informative and knowledgeable technician. Outstanding professionalism! Shane, the technician, who serviced my hurricane rated garage door was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I was given a 2 hour window of time when to expect a technician to arrive and was provided a courtesy call early with a prompt arrival time. Shane performed a yearly tune-up on my garage door and was very attentive to my concerns and addressed all of them promptly. In doing so, he explained what he was able to do in order to address those concerns and made corrections to any misalignments and performed all necessary adjustments. Including balancing and lubricating the door to reduce drag resistance when opening and closing the door to protect and extend the life of the door opener. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician, "Shane" for any of your garage door maintenance and repairs needs and definitely installs! They installed mine! Top notch company!
