It was an overall great experience. The springs/ bearings needed to be replaced on my garage door, I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day and fix the problem. The technician Braden was on time, very professional, and courteous. Braden explained what had to be done and promptly fixed the problem, he was awesome. I would highly recommend Precision for any and all work that needs to be done on your garage doors. Thank you Braden for the excellent work.

The tech Bryan was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the possible problems and explained them, along with my options, fully. I opted for adjustments this time but he also reconnected wiring and cleaned contacts that might have been contributing to malfunctions, lubed the belt, and so forth. He also provided me with options and prices for replacement of the motor should his adjustments not remedy the problem. Bryan's work exceeded my expectations and he is a credit to your company.

Called this morning, appointment was arranged for this afternoon, Shane called with a 10 minute window, which allowed me to cage my dog!! Explained the issues. Shane informed me of the problem gave me the quote and worked on repairing our door. Issues were sorted within an hour at a very competitive rate. Precision did a fantastic job and was very efficient. I called at 8am in the morning after my torsion spring broke, and I couldn't get the garage door up. They came out by 10am and completely fixed it and performed preventive maintenance on my other garage door. Excellent service, I will definitely call Precision again.

Reference: Invoice 126788696 Service Technician Shane Abbenante performed excellent Customer Service in the repair of my garage door broken spring issue…He provided & showed me detailed explanations of the recommended repairs that should be completed: Remove & Replace 2 springs, 3 bearings, LH & RH Drums, Set of Torsion Cables and 10 PDS Rollers…I opted for his recommendations, as it was a better & cost effective solution!
