I am very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. When the motor of my garage door died, I called Precision becaused I had used their services previously for a minir repair, and was happy with them. Two technicians came out by the next day (only because I'd called late in the evening). The technicians were courteous, professional, and very skilled, and within two hours,had replaced my old 25+ year old motor, which I must admit had seen better days. The price was very reasonable, and the job was thorough. I am extremely satisfied with the job which was very well done, the warranty, and the service, and I very highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your garage door repair or replacement.

Woke up this morning to a busted spring on the garage door. Since we park both cars inside the garage, we were stuck working from home (boo hoo hahaha). Rob S. and Brody showed up and within a little over one hour had completed the repairs. They were both personable and professional and knew their stuff! Our garage door wasn't working properly and of course it was the weekend! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday morning around 9:35 am. An appointment was arranged for us that day between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The technicians, Jeff and Jaden showed up around 1:30 pm. Jeff told us what was wrong and offered us two choices to have it repaired. We chose and asked when they could do it. The answer was NOW! The repaired the door parts and changed out the motor. Everything was done by 4:00 pm. What a blessing! I highly recommend this company!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because a couple of months ago I saw one of your technician helping a neighbor with their door at 10pm! They later said dealing with your company was amazing. So, when I had a problem, I decided to contact Precision Garage Door too. The technician, Bryant Griffin, was very professional and courteous. He came on a service call to help remove a bulb that exploded in the garage door unit...the bulb broke off at the 'screw in' level. Bryant disconnect power and battery back up and had to use pliers to grasp the bulb base to remove it from the unit. While he was here he offered to check the door for any other possible issues. Everything good except the rubber seal across the bottom of the door. He found where there was a tear/hole in the seal that had been covered up with a piece of rubber by the previous company I used. I asked Bryant about replacing the seal, he had one on his truck, told me the price to install, etc. I asked him to please replace the bottom seal. He did so and checked every inch of it to ensure it set/close/contacted properly. I am very pleased with this company and their employee is an excellent representation of your company values. I will now use Precision Garage Door Service for ALL of my garage door needs. Thank you and thank you Bryant.

Derek, the technician told me what he was going to do and how much it cost before he did any of the work. Derek told how every thing worked after he got all of it finished. First it was great to see technician arrive 20 minutes early. Bryant and I discussed the issues and what my options were and we went ahead and replaced contractor grade opener we had for 8 years. Bryant was courteous and professional,answering my questions,as he removed old and installed new. He was meticulous in cleaning up after work was done. I've been dealing with y'all for many years!! The young man who did the work, Shane, was very knowledgeable, polite & explained everything he was doing & made sure I was comfortable with the way the changes would work for me!! It's so much quieter now & replacing the motor allows me to have 2 new remotes (the old ones didn't work right sometimes.) Also the keypad hasn't worked in probably 15 years!! I love the way sensor turns the light on in the garage when I step in from the house!!! I can't say enough about the wonderful service y'all have provided for me!! Sandi
