Opener stopped responding to one of the remotes. Gavin was here within 15 minutes of my call. He reset the remote and did a quick inspection and tune-up of the door and opener. Very friendly and professional. Excellent service on short notice.

When our garage door opener failed we contacted Precision. They immediately scheduled a service technician who showed up on time. Robert S. was professional and a pleasure to work with. He tested all parts and explained in detail where we had issues. He also offered several options. We ended up getting a complete overhaul of our existing garage door parts and a new door opener. The job was completed the same morning and we are extremely happy with the result. Robert was excellent to work with.

I chose to call Precision Garage Door Service solely because it was your company that originally installed the whole system when I had it replaced 8 years ago, since then today's issue has only been the second time that I have required your services,I would say that is a good record. This service call just like the other one was easy to book, all the information was provided to me,the techs that came not only came much earlier than expected. The techs were both very professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their work.

Identified company on Internet. Used this company, which arrived timely. The two technicians were polite, competent and were well-versed in the product (garage door opener and assosiated equiptment). The appointment was set for 0800-1200 and arrived aat apx. 0820. The cost was appropriate and as expected. Nice job!!!! Services: Rehabilitate door spring. Replace materials associated with the job.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. When the motor of my garage door died, I called Precision becaused I had used their services previously for a minir repair, and was happy with them. Two technicians came out by the next day (only because I'd called late in the evening). The technicians were courteous, professional, and very skilled, and within two hours, had replaced my old 25+ year old motor, which I must admit had seen better days. The price was very reasonable, and the job was thorough. I am extremely satisfied with the job which was very well done, the warranty, and the service, and I very highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your garage door repair or replacement.

We are very pleased with our hurricane garage door. From the salesman who came to our house and explained everything about the hurricane garage door to the two men who installed it, it was just a wonderful experience. Very professional and a great job. And the quality of the door is excellent

Woke up this morning to a busted spring on the garage door. Since we park both cars inside the garage, we were stuck working from home (boo hoo hahaha). Rob S. and Brody showed up and within a little over one hour had completed the repairs. They were both personable and professional and knew their stuff! We've been using Precision Garage Door for several years now and highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!

Our garage door wasn't working properly and of course it was the weekend! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday morning around 9:35 am. An appointment was arranged for us that day between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The technicians, Jeff and Jaden showed up around 1:30 pm. Jeff told us what was wrong and offered us two choices to have it repaired. We chose and asked when they could do it. The answer was NOW! The repaired the door parts and changed out the motor. Everything was done by 4:00 pm. What a blessing! I highly recommend this company!

I am very happy with the service that Precision provided. I called at 10 AM this morning and it is now 3 PM and my garage door is already fixed and working perfectly. The technician explained everything that needed to be replaced and provided an estimate before beginning. He worked efficiently and was thorough in his work.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because a couple of months ago I saw one of your technician helping a neighbor with their door at 10pm! They later said dealing with your company was amazing. So, when I had a problem, I decided to contact Precision Garage Door too. The technician, Bryant Griffin, was very professional and courteous. He came on a service call to help remove a bulb that exploded in the garage door unit...the bulb broke off at the 'screw in' level. Bryant disconnect power and battery back up and had to use pliers to grasp the bulb base to remove it from the unit. While he was here he offered to check the door for any other possible issues. Everything good except the rubber seal across the bottom of the door. He found where there was a tear/hole in the seal that had been covered up with a piece of rubber by the previous company I used. I asked Bryant about replacing the seal, he had one on his truck, told me the price to install, etc. I asked him to please replace the bottom seal. He did so and checked every inch of it to ensure it set/close/contacted properly. I am very pleased with this company and their employee is an excellent representation of your company values. I will now use Precision Garage Door Service for ALL of my garage door needs. Thank you and thank you Bryant.

I appreciated the quick response when I called for an appointment. They came out the same day. Derek, the technician told me what he was going to do and how much it cost before he did any of the work. Derek told how every thing worked after he got all of it finished. If I need anything else done I want Derek to come because he made me feel very satisfied with everything. My door is so quite now.

We initially thought we needed a tune-up on our garage door. After Braden's thorough inspection we found issues we were not aware of. Our cable was frayed along with a bent tube which was putting strain on the garage door opener. We appreciate Braden's professional manner and his ability to inspect the situation and diagnose our options of repair. Thank you!

I really appreciated the service I received this morning. Jeff Dineen was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated the issues and solutions before starting. I found Jeff to be very thorough and not in a rush to finish. I felt the final bill was very reasonable and fair. Jeff also offered suggestions for future up grades now that the garage door is nearing ten years old. I highly recommend Precision. I will definitely use them for any future work I may need. Thanks much.

First it was great to see technician arrive 20 minutes early. Bryant and I discussed the issues and what my options were and we went ahead and replaced contractor grade opener we had for 8 years. Bryant was courteous and professional, answering my questions,as he removed old and installed new. He was meticulous in cleaning up after work was done. Precision Garage was recommended by my neighbor and I would definitely use for any future garage door needs and highly recommend for those searching out a garage door company.
