Precision did a fantastic job and was very efficient. I called at 8am in the morning after my torsion spring broke, and I couldn't get the garage door up. They came out by 10am and completely fixed it and performed preventive maintenance on my other garage door. Excellent service, I will definitely call Precision again.

Truly a great experience. I made the appointment via Chat on the website, which only took a matter of minutes. I asked for a Saturday appointment which they eagerly scheduled. The technician, Derek, arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. The service was reasonably priced too. Within 2 hours of my contact with Precision doors, the technician (Shane) arrived at my home with all necessary parts. About an hour later, the springs, rollers and cables were replaced and the job was complete. Great, professional and efficient work by Shane.

Our garage door was stuck. We had used Precision Door before and called them early in the evening and they had a technician at our home early the next morning (a Saturday morning, at that). He explained the problem and alternative repair options. After deciding what I wanted he completed repairs quickly. Precision Door had installed new equipment several years ago and this was the first time I was experiencing a problem - it being the door opening extremely slow. Dustin, the technician, explained that it was an electrical outlet issue that was affecting the charging of the battery - he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me - checked out the remaining parts and recommended possible future maintenance. Very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the product - you are lucky to have him as a technician.

We used Precision Garage Door about two years age to replace the motor to our garage door opener, so when we need help again we knew who to call. Prompt service! I called yesterday morning and was told there was a time slot available later in the day. Bryan was the tech. First he helped us rest the key pad, then he listened to the other issues we had with our garage door and gave us our options. He replaced the springs, bearings and adjusted the door. Everything was done in a timely manner. Bryan was personable and professional. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door

I was very pleased with your employee. Dereks work and ENTHUSIASM THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING WAS AMAZING!! He explained the pros and cons of my garage opener from 2007 by just replacing the outdoor key pad. I did decide to change out my system according to his recommendations. I did not realize that my opener was quite that old. He left me a sticker so if I did have any future issues your company information would be handy. I was given an appointment the same day that I called, and was given a 2-hour window in which the tech would arrive, and he arrived within that time frame. Bryan called me to let me know what time he would be there, which was much appreciated. When he got there he explained everything, gave me the quote to fix everything, and did so within a short time.
