Precision Door had installed new equipment several years ago and this was the first time I was experiencing a problem - it being the door opening extremely slow. Dustin, the technician, explained that it was an electrical outlet issue that was affecting the charging of the battery - he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me - checked out the remaining parts and recommended possible future maintenance. Very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the product - you are lucky to have him as a technician.

We used Precision Garage Door about two years age to replace the motor to our garage door opener, so when we need help again we knew who to call. Prompt service! I called yesterday morning and was told there was a time slot available later in the day. Bryan was the tech. First he helped us rest the key pad, then he listened to the other issues we had with our garage door and gave us our options. He replaced the springs, bearings and adjusted the door. Everything was done in a timely manner. Bryan was personable and professional. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door

I was very pleased with your employee. Dereks work and ENTHUSIASM THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING WAS AMAZING!! He explained the pros and cons of my garage opener from 2007 by just replacing the outdoor key pad. I did decide to change out my system according to his recommendations. I did not realize that my opener was quite that old. He left me a sticker so if I did have any future issues your company information would be handy. I was given an appointment the same day that I called, and was given a 2-hour window in which the tech would arrive, and he arrived within that time frame. Bryan called me to let me know what time he would be there, which was much appreciated. When he got there he explained everything, gave me the quote to fix everything, and did so within a short time. Brian Hewiston was our Precision Garage representative and installer. Brian did a superb job with the technical installation of our new Genie system. He gave us all of the options available to us allowing us to choose the best and most cost-effective solutions available to us. Throughout the installation he was extremely patient. The job at our home had some complications due to the builders initial placement and Brian tackled all issues with a great attitude, patience and a smile. I had Precision Door back in 2002 and was pleased at that time. That is why I called again. The motor was shot and Jeff the tech was so much more than thorough. He tightened every and I mean every screw on the door and track to ensure perfect travel motion on the tracks even though he only installed the motor. He must have had the door open and close 10 to 15 times to make sure everything was secure and worked properly. I was impressed and very pleased and would call again for any issue. I felt I could trust this company without question. Thank you

Called this morning at 8am because of a broken garage door spring. Was given an appointment for today between 10-12. Received a call from the service technician Bryan that he would arrive at 1030 and he was right on time. He gave me a detailed explanation on what he would do, gave me the price and time to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend Precision garage door service as they were outstanding. I even received an email from the division owner thanking me for my business.
