I called Precision because my garage door opener died after 25 years of use. I scheduled an appointment in the morning and had a terrific technician, Bryan come out within a few hours to diagnose the problem and offer many solutions. I decided what I wanted and he immediately got to work. Less than 90 minutes later he was finished. He did a fantastic job and explained all the warranties for the product and properly instructed me on how to use and maintain everything. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Started with an emergency the day I moved here in 2018. Since then the best has been how quickly there is a response when I need help. I have a double and a single door, both are so quiet it is amazing. I did not buy this house new, the garage doors are insulated as the previous owner put an air conditioner in the garage. I have always used precision. Something has changed within the company. The technician they sent was nice but no help, every answer was we don’t do that anymore. I ask for a quote to replace door, he said they don’t do that anymore for that kind of door. Precision has installed 2doors for my house and 2 in my large garage one being a tool up. But they don’t do that anymore?
