I have used your company in the past and was satisfied with the service so when my torsion spring broke you was my first choice. I was more than happy with the quick response and the professionalism of your technician. He inspected my garage door and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also suggested other areas that needed attention and explained why. He put together options that went from replacing the broke spring to a complete overhaul with pricing. I choose the overhaul and can say I'm glad I did. My garage door works as smooth and quiet as it did when it was new. You have a great tech, hang on to him!!

The spring broke on my door right after Milton. Jeff was your repairman who serviced my door. He was right on the time specified, courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff was down-to-earth, professional, safe, and practical. He worked with me to remove the old garage door opener, let me remove an old, broken fluorescent light while he was setting up, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job installing the door, ensuring it worked properly, ensuring I could set up the app and wifi controls (and physical buttons), and walking me through all the pricing and warranty. Together we tag-teamed how to handle the power supply (as there was no existing outlet to power the opener from; instead there was a sketchy cut--and live--wire from previous homeowners).

Very impressed with this company. From the person who answered phone and set up same day appointment to the likable Shane who repaired a 30 year old garage door. He was knowledgeable and polite. I called Precision because my garage door opener died after 25 years of use. I scheduled an appointment in the morning and had a terrific technician, Bryan come out within a few hours to diagnose the problem and offer many solutions. I decided what I wanted and he immediately got to work. Less than 90 minutes later he was finished. He did a fantastic job and explained all the warranties for the product and properly instructed me on how to use and maintain everything. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
