I was impressed by these two technicians sent out from IHB Precision Door business. They were very knowledgeable, went over the bill with me explaining what was needed and why, replacing rollers that was badly needed due to wear and noise, broken brackets that were cracked and adjusting spring tension. One hell of a great job. If you have garage door problems there is no better of a company to call to get your door problems resolved in a most professional manner. Was impressed by them once again. I've used Precision before and have always been pleased. I recently thought I had a huge problem which turned out to be a really quick fix. Precision did not try to sell me a new unit (although he did warn me that my unit that is over 15 years old MAY be wearing out), he just tested everything to make sure it was working properly and went on his way. We received the annual maintenance notification from Precision and called to schedule our appointment. During the technicians' inspection (yes there were two very kind techs), they showed me where a crack had developed in two plates that held the rollers in place, one on each side of the garage door. We had them replace those plates and install new rollers at all locations (since the current rollers were almost 14 years old). They were kind, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. Great job, well done.

Unfortunately, the Multi- Functional Door Control Panel was not available. The Lift-Master company did have one now being mailed to me. I will contact you when I need a new door system
