Probably the best service and customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Requested repair for a stuck garage door on Precision’s website late in the evening (after 8pm) and within 2 minutes received a phone call back from them to schedule a next-day appt. All they had was 6pm which meant an extra charge but I was fine with that. The next morning however, they called and let me know they could have someone there between 9-11am thus not having to charge extra. Technician showed up promptly at 9. Very professional and courteous, in uniform and masked for COVID. He quickly diagnosed the issue of a broken spring, fixed only what was needed and didn’t try to up-sell me. He gave me the estimate up front and said he would take about an hour. Less than 55 minutes later the job was complete, no additional costs and easy on-site payment with a credit card was available. Garage worksite was left clean and door was functioning better than ever. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the entire repair, start to finish, and professionalism of the company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

We had our counterbalance spring break at 9pm. i called at 945pm not expecting anyone to answer but they did! Scheduled appt for next morning between 11-12. Tech Bryan called me at 845am to ask if he could come early- YEAH!!! Arrived in 15 minutes and done with repair in 1 hour. Awesome serviced and repair! Would recommend them to all my neighbors!!!

Just want your people to know that Bryan Hewiston has to be one of your best employees as far as we are concerned and give him a 100+ on his work replacing the gasket at the bottom of our garage door. It gave him a bit of concern at the beginning but he is a smart fellow and figured it out and did a great job and cleaned the outside area so well it looks like new. He has my recommendation on any job in the future and gave us so much info to follow up on in the future and answered all my question with ease. Sales rep Bryan was a previous installer and walked me thru the process. My garage has custom cabinetry that was close to the rails, and I had other installers indicate this was a problem. I was very pleased with Precision quality of materials, timeliness, punctuality and especially installation. A.J. and Jay were most excellent in fast installation, clean wiring, customer briefing on usage, clean up, etc. Door quality and installation were just as described, no surprises. My door is solid, insulated and opener works great on smartphone. Would highly recommend.

Dear Denton Hey Mr. Denton my wife and I are very happy with our new springs and hardware to help our garage door function much easier but had not planned on spending $600 for this but non the less happy cause it helps the wife and I out if we lose power and have to open the garage door the only thing that I question is you don't offer a discount for disabled veterans other than that Very Happy with the Tech that was here he was very professional and pleasant to talk to Thank You Very Much. I was impressed by these two technicians sent out from IHB Precision Door business. They were very knowledgeable, went over the bill with me explaining what was needed and why, replacing rollers that was badly needed due to wear and noise, broken brackets that were cracked and adjusting spring tension. One hell of a great job. If you have garage door problems there is no better of a company to call to get your door problems resolved in a most professional manner. Was impressed by them once again. Precision did a great job as original installers in 2012. So I didn't hesitate to call them when the door was still noisy after lubricating hinges and tracks. Brenden was great! He called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive, got here when he said, quickly evaluated what needed fixing, and answered all my questions well. Turns out I needed new rollers due to worn out bearings- not bad for 9 yrs of frequent use! I also chose to replace the bottom seal as the old one had shrunken away from one edge letting driven rain in. The new one is an upgrade! Brenden proved he takes pride in doing a great job, and my garage door feels ready for hurricane season! I appreciate Precision's professionalism.
