Sales rep Bryan was a previous installer and walked me thru the process. My garage has custom cabinetry that was close to the rails, and I had other installers indicate this was a problem. I was very pleased with Precision quality of materials, timeliness, punctuality and especially installation. A.J. and Jay were most excellent in fast installation, clean wiring, customer briefing on usage, clean up, etc. Door quality and installation were just as described, no surprises. My door is solid, insulated and opener works great on smartphone. Would highly recommend.

Thank you very much Precision Door. A spring broke on our garage door at 4 PM. We couldn't get the door open and we had two cars inside the garage. Precision was able to get a technician to our house within an hour. Wow, we were most appreciative. Mickey was an outstanding technician. He efficiently fixed our springs and drums. More importantly, he patiently explained what he was doing and answering our numerous questions. Thank you very much, Mickey. Also, a big thanks to Sharaad. Dear Denton Hey Mr. Denton my wife and I are very happy with our new springs and hardware to help our garage door function much easier but had not planned on spending $600 for this but non the less happy cause it helps the wife and I out if we lose power and have to open the garage door the only thing that I question is you don't offer a discount for disabled veterans other than that Very Happy with the Tech that was here he was very professional and pleasant to talk to Thank You Very Much. I was impressed by these two technicians sent out from IHB Precision Door business. They were very knowledgeable, went over the bill with me explaining what was needed and why, replacing rollers that was badly needed due to wear and noise, broken brackets that were cracked and adjusting spring tension. One hell of a great job. If you have garage door problems there is no better of a company to call to get your door problems resolved in a most professional manner. Was impressed by them once again. Superior customer service by people who know what being a professional technician means. Thank You guys!!!!

I've used Precision before and have always been pleased. I recently thought I had a huge problem which turned out to be a really quick fix. Precision did not try to sell me a new unit (although he did warn me that my unit that is over 15 years old MAY be wearing out), he just tested everything to make sure it was working properly and went on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
