Very impressed with this company. From the person who answered phone and set up same day appointment to the likable Shane who repaired a 30 year old garage door. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was also early which is a nice change from sitting around waiting for an appointment. All in all a good experience and a smooth opening and closing garage door!!

We are very pleased with the repair service performed by Precision Door. Our repair tech was Shane, and he arrived early, then quickly assessed that replacement of both springs was needed. He also presented a wise no-pressure option to replace several other well-worn components of our 20-year old 2-car garage door, about which we fully agreed. Shane efficiently replaced our springs, rollers, pullies and cables, then lubed all the moving parts, and adjusted the door balance. Smart, professional work from start to finish, which took just over an hour. We've called upon Precision Door a couple of times in the past, and we have always been impressed with their prompt response and professional service!

The technician called at 7:45 a.m. and said he was on his way and would arrive in a few minutes. He came exactly at 8 a.m. He examined all parts of garage opener mechanism. The problem was the old motor malfunction. He installed new motor, replaced noisy wheels with quieter nylon wheels as requested, removed old wall remote and installed new wall remote, gave me new manual remote and explained procedures. He was neat, courteous and worked quickly.

My garage door wouldn't open on a Sunday because of a broken spring. I caller for service at 9:30am and the technician arrived at 11:30. By 12:30 the door was fixed. And no extra charge for a Sunday repair. What great service.

Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.

Precision did a great job as original installers in 2012. So I didn't hesitate to call them when the door was still noisy after lubricating hinges and tracks. Brenden was great! He called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive, got here when he said, quickly evaluated what needed fixing, and answered all my questions well. Turns out I needed new rollers due to worn out bearings- not bad for 9 yrs of frequent use! I also chose to replace the bottom seal as the old one had shrunken away from one edge letting driven rain in. The new one is an upgrade! Brenden proved he takes pride in doing a great job, and my garage door feels ready for hurricane season! I appreciate Precision's professionalism.
