I've used Precision before and have always been pleased. I recently thought I had a huge problem which turned out to be a really quick fix. Precision did not try to sell me a new unit (although he did warn me that my unit that is over 15 years old MAY be wearing out), he just tested everything to make sure it was working properly and went on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

One morning we found that the garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision Air and they came out that day. Having that kind of service in Florida is almost unheard of! Our technician, Darian, was competent, trustworthy and friendly; explaining the issues as he went. Working for many hours in the hot sun, Darian didn't take a break, even to eat. We use Precision for all of our garage door needs. We have used them in the past for garage door maintenance. Rob was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Thanks to Rob we now have a "quiet" door again. We kept our original door but he changed the motor and other hardware that was desperately needed. We also added a keypad which is a plus. Would definitely use Precision for any other future needs that come along. Will also not hesitate to refer this company to others. A job well done.

Your guys were very professional and efficient. I only have one comment: The part you replaced at a price of $149 can be purchased from a number of sources at a cost of from $17.99 to $39 . You need to be more competitive with your parts price or change your method of charges to be more credible. Your service was very good. Thank You

Unfortunately, Jay, was not able to replicate the problem. He thinks it may have been an obstructed safety eye. Jay was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. If the problem returns, I'll be sure to call you again. I was at first sad that the first appointment wasn't going to be for 2 days, but you came almost 6 hours early, with all appropriate calls to keep me informed. Thank you.

We received the annual maintenance notification from Precision and called to schedule our appointment. During the technicians' inspection (yes there were two very kind techs), they showed me where a crack had developed in two plates that held the rollers in place, one on each side of the garage door. We had them replace those plates and install new rollers at all locations (since the current rollers were almost 14 years old). They were kind, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. Great job, well done.

I chose your firm because the phone number indicated you were in my area. Your agent arrived promptly and instructed mme on proper customer door maintenance. Unfortunately, the Multi- Functional Door Control Panel was not available. The Lift-Master company did have one now being mailed to me. I will contact you when I need a new door system

I can't say enough good things about Garret Fitch! He arrived on time, we went over what I was thinking needed repair on the door, he inspected our system, offered several alternatives, and after I chose the option he proceeded to efficiently make the necessary repairs. He was courteous and answered all my questions. He also didn't mind me hanging out to gain more knowledge of my system, how it worked, how to repair, and how to maintain it. He's a young man that any employer would be blessed to have on their staff. Give him a raise!!

I HIT THE JACKPOT! I finally chose the right garage door company to replace my sick garage door opener. I have been in my home for 38 eight years and have had multiple garage door openers replaced. This, by far, was the best and most thorough replacement of them all. I would, without hesitation, recommend Precision Door Service of Brevard to anyone needing their service. They not only replaced the opener but also replaced both the indoor and outdoor keypad and the car remote. The system was fine tuned by a highly skilled technician who was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. One with high ethics who efficiently and effectively went about his job.
