I can't say enough good things about Garret Fitch! He arrived on time, we went over what I was thinking needed repair on the door, he inspected our system, offered several alternatives, and after I chose the option he proceeded to efficiently make the necessary repairs. He was courteous and answered all my questions. He also didn't mind me hanging out to gain more knowledge of my system, how it worked, how to repair, and how to maintain it. He's a young man that any employer would be blessed to have on their staff. Give him a raise!!

I HIT THE JACKPOT! I finally chose the right garage door company to replace my sick garage door opener. I have been in my home for 38 eight years and have had multiple garage door openers replaced. This, by far, was the best and most thorough replacement of them all. I would, without hesitation, recommend Precision Door Service of Brevard to anyone needing their service. They not only replaced the opener but also replaced both the indoor and outdoor keypad and the car remote. The system was fine tuned by a highly skilled technician who was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. One with high ethics who efficiently and effectively went about his job. For the record, this Technician was Robert Stephenson. He is a credit to your Company. No complaints about your technician: he was polite and professional. I am dissatisfied with being told my door couldn't be repaired and HAD TO BE REPLACED. I just find it somewhat difficult to believe that the door that was functioning perfectly a few days ago is now totally irreparable. If it is just a matter of saying you prefer not to make those kinds of repairs, then OK. But now I have to get some more companies out here to look at it and repair it. If I had the wherewithal to replace the door now, I would and I would use your company. You come highly recommended and you've done good work here before. But it's not satisfying to get such an incredible dignosis.

It's good to know customer service is not dead! I was scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner. I received an email confirmation of my appointment with the name and picture of the service technician coming to my house. Along with the picture was a link to reviews of my technician. My technician Keith was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue in a timely manner. He was very courteous and willing to educate me on the issue and how he fixed it. He also went above and beyond and corrected the limits I had set on my garage opener so that it was set correctly and replaced some rusty bolts on the arm connecting my opener to my garage door. I cannot say thank you enough. You have a customer for life and I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs their garage door repaired.

Casey C and John A (tech in training) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the job. I knew I needed a new opener and Casy C agreed that it was better to replace a 10 yr opener rather than repair. He did find that the springs were not holding the door up properly and recommended they be replaced as this probably contributed to the gear stripping on the opener. New springs a center roller, new bottom weather seal and new Liftmaster 8550 opener all installed programed all remotes including vehicle and outside keypad in 1 ½ hrs in 92 degree heat. Great service, clean and courteous, very impressed and highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I called Precision Door at 8 am and they had a technician at my house by 12:30. It turned out to be an electrical outage due to a storm last night. The technician reset the power and that was all that was wrong. The technician was extremely pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend your company.
