In one word: Outstanding. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, their response and professionalism was amazing. I called on a Friday afternoon expecting to get an appointment for the following week but after the question and answer discussion where I told them the opener was over 10 years old they checked the records and said it was much older than that. I then described the garage door opener was acting like it was possessed they were able to send a tech over late that afternoon. The tech 'Derek' arrived on time and listened to my description, answered ALL my questions and described my options. I chose to replace the motor/control unit and since it really had been jerking the drive system so badly I also opted to change the drive belt. About an hour and half later the job was completed. Derek had changed the unit, the belt, replaced the wiring and sensors. He also did other adjustments , explained all of what he did and then when he demonstrated the working I was amazed at how quiet and smooth the door came up and closed. He then went over the new wall mounted button features and the remotes. I mention that now I have to figure out my car's remote system. He said " no problem" and proceeded to set my car up so it worked with the new opener. As a final comment I considered the price very reasonable for all that was accomplished. I highly recommend Precision for any and all garage door work, installation or repair. Rich Manney

We called for service about 10:30AM and he arrived around noon. He was able to completely replace our garage door opener and springs in about 2 hours! That’s amazing! Would highly recommend Precision! We needed to replace our old, outdated motor that had stopped working consistently. We called Precision, reached a very professional person who set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day. We received notification that our technician was on his way and when he would be arriving. Derek Martens explained everything very clearly. The new motor and keypad were installed, and he helped to set up remotes, keypad, and even waited for my husband to get home to set up his truck! Wonderful experience!

We always use Precision when we need help with our garage door. They are available when we need them and I always feel confident that they are experts in their field. This visit, we needed a new garage door opener after the previous one was fried because of an electrical surge during a lightning strike. We had a four-hour window scheduled for the technicians to show up, and they called, asking if it was okay to show up a half-hour early (which was great)! The old opener was not reparable, so they gave me a quote to install a new one, which I accepted. They had the new unit with them and installed it in about two hours. They were very friendly and cheerful, and walked me through all the details after installation. Very professional, The new opener is very smooth and very quiet. I'm very pleased all around. Excellent work.
