We had used Precision before. So this time they showed up at 8 am sharp...actually a few minutes before 8 with a window of 8 am to 12 pm....so I was very happy. They didn't need to order any parts. They were curteous and friendly and focused on their work. Derek Martens was great. He had a guy in training named John. He did a fine job too. Thanks for the fast and efficient service.

Our technician was super! He called us before arriving and he arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He listened to our concerns and questions and quickly understood our needs and explained our options. We opted to install a new garage door opener, springs, and bottom seals. He also tuned up our other garage door. Following the install, he walked us through the operation of our new garage door opener - super helpful! We always use Precision when we need help with our garage door. They are available when we need them and I always feel confident that they are experts in their field. This visit, we needed a new garage door opener after the previous one was fried because of an electrical surge during a lightning strike. We had a four-hour window scheduled for the technicians to show up, and they called, asking if it was okay to show up a half-hour early (which was great)! The old opener was not reparable, so they gave me a quote to install a new one, which I accepted. They had the new unit with them and installed it in about two hours. They were very friendly and cheerful, and walked me through all the details after installation. Very professional, The new opener is very smooth and very quiet. I'm very pleased all around. Excellent work.

Derak installed our garage door opener Feb 4. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I could not connect to the garage door opener with my phone as there was an issue. The technician, called before showing up (approx 10-15 mins). The technician was very polite, professional and a conversationalist too. Went over the procedure to fixing the problem, garage door opener/batteries. Complete the work, went over the parts needed, preventive maintenance. The total price for today’s service and future maintenance should I decide to do so in the future. Very pleased with the service today. Both with the initial phone call, when service would be at my residence. The lady, she to, was very polite and professional. Will definitely return for services on my garage door.

The center track on our garage door broke on a holiday weekend. When we called the following day, they were able to come out and replace most of the parts, including a new motor the same day. Dereck was very professional and explained in depth, how each part would work. He also programmed the (new) keypad and calibrated both cars to open the garage door on demand.
