Derek was very helpful and courteous, explaining the different options of repair and their costs. He was at our home ahead of schedule and finished relatively quickly, replacing/rebuilding the tensioning spring, axle and associated bearings. I appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism.

Derak installed our garage door opener Feb 4. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I could not connect to the garage door opener with my phone as there was an issue. Derak came back Feb 6 and helped me connect my phone. He went above and beyond what was expected. This is the second garage door we purchased from Precision. They are a good company to work with.

The technician, called before showing up (approx 10-15 mins). The technician was very polite, professional and a conversationalist too. Went over the procedure to fixing the problem, garage door opener/batteries. Complete the work, went over the parts needed, preventive maintenance. The total price for today’s service and future maintenance should I decide to do so in the future. Very pleased with the service today. Both with the initial phone call, when service would be at my residence. The lady, she to, was very polite and professional. Will definitely return for services on my garage door.

Derek was delightful! Efficient, friendly, eager to answer any of my questions. He patiently showed me how to operate everything, oiled my existing garage door, and changed my old wires as well. I have confidence the job was done properly. He came out the same day I called! This is GREAT service and I will certainly tell my neighbors about this company.

The center track on our garage door broke on a holiday weekend. When we called the following day, they were able to come out and replace most of the parts, including a new motor the same day. Dereck was very professional and explained in depth, how each part would work. He also programmed the (new) keypad and calibrated both cars to open the garage door on demand.

After I tried to change the rollers myself and messed up the cable I called Precision. Derek came out the next day and fixed it, overhauled it to the Max including new bottom seal. It is so quiet again. This job could not have been better. Thank you Derek and Precision ! Bob L.

My car was trapped in the garage by a broken spring and I was so pleased to find a company that works on the weekend! Technician Derek M was professional, knowledgeable, called ahead, arrived on time, and was also very friendly. He explained what needed to be done, suggested other fixes to keep the door functioning well and provided the estimate of all the options before starting. He got the door open and running smoothly so I could get my car out. Thanks!
