We are very happy with the work that Derek Martens completed for us. He arrived right at the time indicated, gave an itemized estimate for the repairs needed, and said he had everything necessary for the repair with him. He went to work, and it was obvious that he was very experienced with the tasks at hand. My boss, and another man I worked with have used your services, and it was their recommendations that led me to choose your company. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. Please feel free to use use our remarks as you wish. The only thing I would like, is, if possible, email me a receipt for the work performed. Thank you, Marty Miller martyredmiller@gmail.com

Derrick did a fantastic job giving our system a full review and repairing numerous things incorrectly done by another garage door service when our system was installed three months ago. Derrick explained everything in detail before and after the repair work, and now everything works to perfection. I could not be happier with his service and with the ease of making the appointment. This is the only company I will use in the future for garage door repairs.

This was a call for annual maixtenance check/lubrication. Technician was knowledgable and quick. He explained all actions while completing service. Communication from office and technician was great and price was reasonable.

Truly a great experience. I made the appointment via Chat on the website, which only took a matter of minutes. I asked for a Saturday appointment which they eagerly scheduled. The technician, Derek, arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. The service was reasonably priced too. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and will certainly call them again if the need arises.

Your technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but your prices were a little steep ! However I am not home at the time the services were performed the wife seems to like it and it did make the door much less noisy opening and closing and thank you for being able to get out so quickly to do the repairs!

This is the second time we have had Precision to our home to assist with our garage door needs! The first time, our spring broke, and the technician advised that if we ever added paint or insulation to the door, we should have the springs adjusted to account for the additional weight to ensure the life of the motor and springs. So we did just that! Both techs were knowledgeable and quick. Most recently, Derek went above and beyond making sure the rest of our door parts were up to par and then a week later when my in-laws springs broke, he came and handled that job with equal professionalism. Very happy to have found this company and plan to return when it is time to finally replace our door. Thanks team!

Mickey Carter was the technician and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, which was great. He was very friendly and worked quickly but completed what needed to be done. This was just a routickey advised my door was still working without issues as was my opener. I asked for a new outside door opener and he tried to accommodate my request, but unfortunately my opener is 19 years old and would not sync with the new opener. I asked for a quote for new main unit which he emailed to me on the spot. Mickey was professional and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I have only used Precision to maintain my garage door and will continue to use them because of their professionalism.

Very accomadating for scheduling a response. Technician was quite knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. Have dealt with this company since 2018 for all my garage door needs and keep returning. A definite tribute to their performance. (I don't give my repeat business to companies that don't meet expectations)

I was very pleased with your employee. Dereks work and ENTHUSIASM THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING WAS AMAZING!! He explained the pros and cons of my garage opener from 2007 by just replacing the outdoor key pad. I did decide to change out my system according to his recommendations. I did not realize that my opener was quite that old. He left me a sticker so if I did have any future issues your company information would be handy. I appreciated the communication concerning the appointment and verification of when Derek would be arriving. Very professional many thanks. Nancy Molineaux

SCAM! They suckered me with lies and un-needed up-sells. Then the manager mocked me when I called to report the issue.

Great service. The technician (Derek) was extremely professional, informative, friendly, and efficient. The tech took the time to talk my wife and I through some options and future considerations while also fixing the problem that we were having with the one garage door. I would use them again.
