We bought a new hurricane rated double garage door four years ago when we moved into our 20 year old home. Love the company and the door. Sunday we had a broken spring and called thinking we would leave a message. Not having needed service before we didn’t realize the 24/7 service. They apologized for not having an opening that day and we got first appointment for Monday. They also asked if Derek got an early start could he come earlier, which he did. Derek was friendly, knowledgeable, got job diagnosis immediately and job completed on the spot along with 100 point maintenance check and cleanup. Thank you, Thank you. Our bracket on our garage door broke with the door in the open position. This was at 11:00 am on a Saturday. I called your office and spoke with Mindy who was so helpful. She had a technician at our home by 1:00 pm. Our technician Derek Martens was outstanding. He knew exactly was caused the problem and had it fixed in no time. He also explained how some preventive maintenance could extend the life of the motor. He did some tuning up on both doors. He also helped me reprogram our WiFi enabled opener that always me to monitor the door from my phone.
