Second time I have used them. They are the most dependable door repair company around. Make an appointment and they will be there. I have tried others but not happy with their response. Rob is the consummate professional and extremely personable. He explained all of my options with pricing before starting. Told me it would take about an hour and it took about 55 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

Our garage door opener quit working. We are in the middle of a closing on our home so we had to fix it. We called Precision and the technician (Jeff) was able to come out earlier than scheduled on the same day!!!! We were so grateful to be able to get someone here especially on a weekend. Jeff Dineen was the absolute best!! He checked every possibility to avoid us having to buy a new opener days before our move, but unfortunately the motor was no good. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! He installed the new opener, explained everything and was a pleasure to work with!! Extremely pleased with this company and Jeff!!

What a great company!! My husband has dialysis and his car was stuck in the garage. They were quick to respond and got us scheduled the very next morning. Our tech, Rob was awesome ! He explained the repair and costs just by assessing the situation. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

Garage door not opening and closing correctly. I called Precision and got a technician to schedule and come out the next morning. Rob did a great job, and explained the process needed to correct our issues. We needed a spring repair and also found our motor was bad, as it was very old. Purchased a new motor as well. All good now.

Bryan went above and beyond the job of simply replacing a bottom door seal - he explained some simple steps I could take to help the door operate more smoothly (hint: don't paint surfaces of your door that will come in contact with each other - the paint tends to cause the surfaces to stick). He also pointed out that the pulleys needed some adjusting - after Bryan was done the door moved so smoothly I could lift it with one hand!

Customer service is horrible. They are not responsible for their work according to the secretary.. so I did not have them service their own work that they messed up on. I also found out that they did not put the factory parts on my garage door; That I paid for, but precision used their own parts which would not allow me in the future. To use my 5 year warranty guarantee for the door.

Technician Ben Martin from Precision Door came out today! He was on time and very professional! Ben had our door fixed in under an hour, he replaced the springs and adjusted the door! In fact everyone at the office deserves a HIGH FIVE, The Office staff was professional and had Ben out here in no time flat!

Most recently we had the two bottom seals on the two garage doors replaced and had both doors overhauled which included replacement of the springs, cables, rollers, and lubrication of the moving parts, as swell as all inspections/adjustments. We have dealt with this company since 2005. This recent service, like the company’s past services were always done professionally, promptly, with much attention to detail, courteously, and neatly. We couldn’t ask for more and expect to continue using the same company for our future garage door needs.

my garage door was stuck in a half way down closure as the cable wrapped around the bar as it hit my ladder, went back up.Then I went to close it the door went off track and bent the leader bar, A roller came off. called Precision and Bryan came within 2 hours lowered the door, put new cables on,sprayed all joints, checked the motor,etc. I was very pleased with his work. Great service. The technician came out to assess the issue at 8 AM on time. He completed the repairs in two to three hours. He inspected the door and installed new bottom seals as I requested. To me, the first impression counts the most. When I called Precision I spoke to a very nice lady who was very professional and was able to set up an appointment the very same morning.
