Scheduled a tune up for my garage door online using the chat. Very easy to use and I was able to get a date scheduled for next day which was very convenient for me. Rob the service tech arrived as scheduled. Explained what was included in the tune up and then completed a tune up on door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. Door is working better on the open and close. At my request, Rob also provided a quote for replacement of the springs and mechanisms as my current equipment is original to the home build and beyond the typical life expectancy. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Just the detailed information and options I had requested. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage and I have been pleased each time with the professionalism of the technician and the overall service provided. I will be using Precision Garage again.

A long time ago I needed a garage door repair. Precision Garage Door Service was a "Shot in The Dark" as I had no idea of who to call.. My "Shot in The Dark" was a bullseye!! In my experience, garage doors don't give any warning they are about to break. Then suddenly, what we take for granted doesn't open, and you can't get to work. Professionals all around, from the person taking the call, the technician to the supervisor/manager. Technician arrived to the job site ready with previous service information (been using this company for a while). He was courteous and listened to my issues. They gave me a solution/estimate for the job and I was really happy that they took the previous service in consideration to get to the estimate for repairs. Rob (service Tech) provided a complete inspection of our Garage Door and old Opener. Due to the age of the old opener(25 years old) and the sounds coming from it, I decided with Rob's concurrence to replace the Opener. Rob explained the entire process and informed me of the features of the new opener along with programing of all keypads. Rob was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. Thanks Rob!

Precision repaired and reconditioned my garage door many years ago, so they were my first choice after a spring broke. Within 24 hours, my garage door springs were replaced, and a damaged belt they found, all under my previous lifetime warranty. After minimal labor cost, I was back in action. Professional uniformed techs were on time, well educated on what was going on, and did a wonderful job. Very thankful.
