Broken spring on 6-7 year old door. I've reached the phase of life when I head straight to expertise, and reputation. Precision has been established, and I know they will be here as long as I need them. Technician was experienced and had it perfectly balanced on first "spring set". My replacement springs were obviously higher quality than originals.
