I called for a broken spring replacement. Banden was sent to work on my door issue. He was on time, professional and answered all my concerns. He showed me the areas where my 26 year old door could use some rework without any pressure to accept all his recommendations. I agreed the items needed attention and he proceed to explain just what and how the items would be replaced. He completed the job, cleaned up after himself and explained what all he did to make me satisfied. The door is so quiet now that it is hard to know when it's actually moving. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

I was very impressed with Precision! my garage door opener stopped working, and I asked my neighbor if they had any recommendations. They recommended Precision. I called first thing this morning and they were able to send a technician out to repair the problem. The technician, Ken, arrived shortly after and resolved the problem. Ken provided a few options with prices. Within a few hours, my garage door was repaired with a new opener on the same day. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Outstanding professionalism! Shane, the technician, who serviced my hurricane rated garage door was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I was given a 2 hour window of time when to expect a technician to arrive and was provided a courtesy call early with a prompt arrival time. Shane performed a yearly tune-up on my garage door and was very attentive to my concerns and addressed all of them promptly. In doing so, he explained what he was able to do in order to address those concerns and made corrections to any misalignments and performed all necessary adjustments. Including balancing and lubricating the door to reduce drag resistance when opening and closing the door to protect and extend the life of the door opener. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician, "Shane" for any of your garage door maintenance and repairs needs and definitely installs! They installed mine! Top notch company!

I have lived in my house for almost 25 years and have always called Precision Door (and No One Else!!) whenever I've needed garage door service. have pretty much called every year for the past few yrs for annual maintenance since the door is getting pretty old now. But the main reason for this review is to let you know JEFF, was here this last time and he should get a rating of 10!!!!----excellent service, took a lot of time straightening out "why when the door shuts it kinda hits heavy on the ground---just an excellent visit and service for the money----if I had known he was going to be such a caring guy about this door, I would have prepared with some cash for a tip!

Shane was great. On time , completed total replacement of garage door system in one hour and then programmed all three cars to the new motor and explained how to program IPhone to open/close garage remotely from anywhere .

Mickey Carter was the technician and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, which was great. He was very friendly and worked quickly but completed what needed to be done. This was just a routickey advised my door was still working without issues as was my opener. I asked for a new outside door opener and he tried to accommodate my request, but unfortunately my opener is 19 years old and would not sync with the new opener. I asked for a quote for new main unit which he emailed to me on the spot. Mickey was professional and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I have only used Precision to maintain my garage door and will continue to use them because of their professionalism.
