I have lived in Titusville FL fo r 41 years and have used Precision for all my garage door problems. They were recommended to me by a neighbor for replacement of our old door. In that time Precision has installed my new streel door; reinforced it against hurricane; replaced an old door opener; replaced springs; reattached the door when it worked loose from the cement block above. They know what they are doing, and their work is professional and done properly. I have never had to call them back on a job. This time it was a new battery in the opener. They were here the day after I called and on time. The installer called to let me know he was on his way and when he'd arrive. Thank you for the call. It took about 45 minutes to install the new battery, and he checked the door as well, tightened up a couple screws. No charge for this. He also said since I had a whole house generator, I really didn't need a battery since it was for emergency use if the power went out. I chose to put the battery in. First time any company said I did not need what I was asking for. He was neatly dressed, clean, very nice and informative. He did a fantastic job in a limited space, working around my car which he said didn't need to be moved. I am very pleased with this company, and I will use them again and again. I will also highly recommend them to others.

He came out due to my extension cord for Xmas lights interfering with sensor. While here, Bryan gave me great pointers and education, performed maintenance and replaced rubber seal under garage door. Bryan was very professional, informative with great customer service skills.

Rob came to our home at the exact scheduled time with a phone call before arriving. He assessed our garage door and told me about a couple of options. I decided to get it completely revamped with a new electric opener. He worked quickly and in the awful July Florida heat. He was professional and kind. He explained everything and gave us a good price. The warranty can't be beat either. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
