I was pleased with the prompt service in fixing the issue with the outside door pad. Although just out of warranty, I thought some consideration might have been given since in a previous issue with the pad a replacement option was indicated if there was a future problem.

My garage door stuck open on Sunday morning. While I knew I could get the door down, I figured I'd call and make an appointment for Monday. To my surprise, not only could I make and appointment for Monday, but they can come Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. When was the last time you heard of that? Jeff came as scheduled and freed the door, with advise to start budgeting for a new one. Very happy with Precision!

Precision has been my garage door service company for over 20 years and from their friendly office staff to their talented technicians, they continue to provide outstanding service! I could hear a noise coming from my garage door opener and called Precision for service. The friendly office staff worked with my availability and scheduled a window that worked best for me. Jeff Dineen contacted me when he was on his way to my house and promptly arrived as scheduled. Jeff tracked down the source of the noise, showed me the cause of the noise, and we discussed options of repair or replacement. I chose to have the opener replaced and Jeff promptly performed the installation with care and precision. He took his time, clearly explained everything he was doing, and treated me and my home with care and respect. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. You could sense Jeff’s natural friendliness and his desire to provide excellent service. Jeff’s service was outstanding and I will not hesitate to continue to utilize Precision in the future!!

Technician responded next day as requested and on time. He was nice and fun to talk with. Explained all the aspects of what he was doing gave me pricing points and options. In the pleasant surprise that it was much less than I thought it would be. The door has never worked as good or as quiet and is 10 times better than when it was new.

Jeff proved to be a very knowledgeable technician. He assessed the issues that I was experiencing with my garage door opener light not operating properly. Once this issue was completed, he inspected the doors and corrected the issues he discovered with wiring and stabilized the small door to keep it from shifting when it opened and closed.

We called Precision because we had an issue with our door not going down. We called and someone came that afternoon. Precision Garage Doors had done the original installation on the house I had recently purchased so I called them to check everything out. Jeff was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed with Precision! my garage door opener stopped working, and I asked my neighbor if they had any recommendations. They recommended Precision. I called first thing this morning and they were able to send a technician out to repair the problem. The technician, Ken, arrived shortly after and resolved the problem. Ken provided a few options with prices. Within a few hours, my garage door was repaired with a new opener on the same day. Everyone was professional and courteous.
