We called Precision because we had an issue with our door not going down. We called and someone came that afternoon. The technician (Jeff Dineen) came out found the problem, showed us what was wrong and explained what needed to be done. When he was done he once again went over everything. Very good job and very professional. The only garage door people to call.

Precision Garage Doors had done the original installation on the house I had recently purchased so I called them to check everything out. Jeff was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have lived in my house for almost 25 years and have always called Precision Door (and No One Else!!) whenever I've needed garage door service. have pretty much called every year for the past few yrs for annual maintenance since the door is getting pretty old now. But the main reason for this review is to let you know JEFF, was here this last time and he should get a rating of 10!!!!----excellent service, took a lot of time straightening out "why when the door shuts it kinda hits heavy on the ground---just an excellent visit and service for the money----if I had known he was going to be such a caring guy about this door, I would have prepared with some cash for a tip!

Our garage door was stuck. We had used Precision Door before and called them early in the evening and they had a technician at our home early the next morning (a Saturday morning, at that). He explained the problem and alternative repair options. After deciding what I wanted he completed repairs quickly. Without their quick response we would have been left with our cars stuck in the garage and no means of transportation. Thanks.

Current garage door was purchased from Precision in 2017, just wanted a tune up. Appointment was scheduled between 8-10 AM. Jeffrey arrived around 0930 to make assessments for necessary tasks. He was very professional, explained each finding and proceeded with his labor. I would recommend Precision without hesitation to friends and family. Would certainly call again for any issues.

I choose Precision Garage because I choose you to install my new garage door in 2018. I called because of a loud beeping sound that I could not get to stop. Your technician Jeff arrived in a timely manner. When I explained to him what was happening, he was able to investigate and diagnose the problem. He explained what needed to be done and the price of the service. He was friendly and professional which I appreciated. Jeff proved to be a very knowledgeable technician. He assessed the issues that I was experiencing with my garage door opener light not operating properly. Once this issue was completed, he inspected the doors and corrected the issues he discovered with wiring and stabilized the small door to keep it from shifting when it opened and closed.
