I choose Precision Garage because I choose you to install my new garage door in 2018. I called because of a loud beeping sound that I could not get to stop. Your technician Jeff arrived in a timely manner. When I explained to him what was happening, he was able to investigate and diagnose the problem. He explained what needed to be done and the price of the service. He was friendly and professional which I appreciated. He was very thorough and when he completed the job, he explained what he had done and answered several questions that I had. I was very pleased with both the service and the technician.

The technician arrived as scheduled, operated the door a few times and was able to determine what the problem was. Gave me an estimate of the service and I told him to go ahead and take care of the problem. About 45 minutes later he completed the service and had me check the operation of the door. My decision to call Precision Door was out of necessity, but also because of the online reviews I read. Your two techs were top-notch, ahead of schedule, efficient and friendly during the time they spent repairing and updating our garage door. My husband was most impressed because he spent his time with them as they worked. The quality of their work is outstanding. I came out into the garage after they left, only to discover that they not only replaced our motor, we had new remotes for each car, an outside door opener already paired with the door, a new push button switch on the wall, and an incredibly, almost silent, operating door. We can't say enough about how well our job was performed and the professionalism and proficiency of the two techs who performed the service. We will be recommending Precision to all our friends and neighbors. Thanks again for a job very well done. Let's not forget my choice was also based on my placing a call for service on Monday and your techs arriving on Wednesday. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Make the decision to call Precision!!

The employee arrived on time and was not wearing a mask. When asked, he went back to the truck to get one. The work he provided was in keeping with the quote for normal preventive maintenance and he suggested other issues he observed that needed repair/replacement to put the door in the best shape. After more conversation, I realized that a new door would be needed in the near future.
