My tech was Bryan Hewitson and he did an incredible job. I had my motor replaced with one that is powerful yet silent. My garage door made a lot of noise before the replacement so I am extremely happy with how it works and sounds now. I also had springs and the center bearing replaced. I would highly recommend Precision.

After searching and talking to a few Garage Door Companies. I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me. He also was very patient and looked over the work that was done by the installer. Overall, I am a happy customer and would highly recommend Precision garage door to my family and friends.

Needed a garage door opener repair or replacement. Was told that unless I replaced virtually everything including rollers and springs for about $1200.00 that the opener couldn't be warranted. Home Depot installed a warranted Chamberlin system with remote and Bluetooth for $300.00. Wasted $40.00 on a Precision service call.

Needing replacement of a broken spring, I chose Precision from the yellow pages, with a short visit to their website. Ended going for a general overhaul of my 31-year old door hardware. Price probably was not the lowest, but quality of materials, workmanship, and final result were excellent, and unexpected replacement of the main torque tube was supplied gratis. The technician, Corey, was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable about his product, and able to respond to unexpected problems efficiently. Very professional in his work, he finished the job to perfection in under two hours.

It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors!
