This afternoon Jeff Dineen was the technician that stopped by the house to do a garage door tune up He was very knowledgeable & professional! He gave me all the right advice and showed me some tips on my system. He also recommended to me the perfect garage door opener when it's time for me to replace. Can't thank him & Precision enough. I have now found my company for my garage door. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their system. My garage door works better than ever even better than when I bought the house.

Would highly recommend Precision! We needed to replace our old, outdated motor that had stopped working consistently. We called Precision, reached a very professional person who set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day. We received notification that our technician was on his way and when he would be arriving. Derek Martens explained everything very clearly. The new motor and keypad were installed, and he helped to set up remotes, keypad, and even waited for my husband to get home to set up his truck! Wonderful experience!

The service I received was excellent. Shane called first to let me know that he could arrive earlier than scheduled. As the garage door wasn't working properly he quickly determined that certain controls on the opener needed to be adjusted and also that the chain was too tight and needed to be loosened. In addition, he lubricated the door tracks & hinges and then also tightened the tracks and ceiling braces where they attach to the garage to ensure continued stability. Shane explained all charges and provided an email invoice. Shane was professional, courteous and competent. The garage door is working fine now.

He did a great job explaining the inspection and repair process and then did a great job with the springs replacement and lubricating the appropriate door parts. It had been three years since Precision had serviced our doors, so we asked for a check up. Jeff your technician informed us that our opener was from 2004. We chose to replace it with a Genie. Jeff was very knowledgeable and when he left our cars, our remotes, and our phones, could all open and close our garage doors. We upgraded our main garage to a Genie opener - a key pad, and two remotes.

Thank you so much for your service today 2/14/26. Jeff Dineen was very helpful. He explained a lot about how the entire door functions and why my door was making so much noise. The springs were replaced about a year and a half ago. But they needed adjustment and lubrication. Also, the rollers were original, and Jeff replaced them with the new quiet ones.
