Precision garage doors met my emergency call the same day i notified them of my problem. Old company I used gave me a 4 day wait time even when I said this is an emergency so I hung up on them and called Precision. Brandon showed up on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations on the quality of his work. There are many garage door repair companies in the area. So glad I chose Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule me the very first time the next day. Bryan arrived promptly and proceeded to evaluate what repairs were necessary and estimated cost. He treated our home as if he were working on his own residence. Besides the necessary repair, Bryan made sure everything else was working flawlessly. I was extremely impressed with how conscientious he was. Your technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but your prices were a little steep ! However I am not home at the time the services were performed the wife seems to like it and it did make the door much less noisy opening and closing and thank you for being able to get out so quickly to do the repairs!

I choose Precision Garage because I choose you to install my new garage door in 2018. I called because of a loud beeping sound that I could not get to stop. Your technician Jeff arrived in a timely manner. When I explained to him what was happening, he was able to investigate and diagnose the problem. He explained what needed to be done and the price of the service. He was friendly and professional which I appreciated. He was very thorough and when he completed the job, he explained what he had done and answered several questions that I had. I was very pleased with both the service and the technician.

This is the second time we have had Precision to our home to assist with our garage door needs! The first time, our spring broke, and the technician advised that if we ever added paint or insulation to the door, we should have the springs adjusted to account for the additional weight to ensure the life of the motor and springs. So we did just that! Both techs were knowledgeable and quick. Most recently, Derek went above and beyond making sure the rest of our door parts were up to par and then a week later when my in-laws springs broke, he came and handled that job with equal professionalism. Very happy to have found this company and plan to return when it is time to finally replace our door. Thanks team!

The technician arrived as scheduled, operated the door a few times and was able to determine what the problem was. Gave me an estimate of the service and I told him to go ahead and take care of the problem. About 45 minutes later he completed the service and had me check the operation of the door. I have used Precision Garage Door Service for 10 years. This last incident which occured on June 28th was due to the motor dying - it was 10 years since it was put in. I was able to obtain an appointment for the next day (Sun.). The young man Braden was such a gentleman. Any questions I had, he answered, and he was patient with me. I like how he also did a maintenance check. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. GREAT JOB BRADEN!!!

Since Garage Precision Service installed the Garage door opener in my house, since that day they are the only ones I allow to work in my garage. The inspection they do are excellent and the price is not so bad
