Braden was very professional and responded to all my questions. I was quoted $99 for my maintenance call. I found out that there was an additional fee of $39. for the service call once Braden was here. Your call center needs to advise customers of this additional charge when setting appointments please.

So when ours broke I looked up to see they have one in saint lucie county. Rob came out to fix my door New springs, new bearings and adjusted the opener. Our door has never worked this good in four years since we bought the house. The door opens and closes so quiet now.

My personal opinion was that Bryan came across as very aggressive about the work required. There was no wiggle room in his proposal. You need this, you need that, if you don’t do it you get no warranty for anything we do. I have a budget since I am on a fixed income. With inflation my disposable income is limited. I mentioned that to Bryan but his body language and facial expression told me he didn’t care. I got another quote with a lifetime warranty on the motor and chain with new springs for $500 less installed. You probably do excellent work but I got turned off by the sales pitch.

Service tech, Jeff Dineen, was extremely impressive and a pleasure to deal with. All of our options were clearly explained , and Jeff proceeded to perform the service in a very professional manner. I would strongly recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door. Appointment was made promptly, I got updates from their office as to tech arrival time, and even a phone call from the tech telling me he was about 10 minutes away. Turned out to be 9 minutes ! We had used this company before to adjust our garage doors, and we were very satisfied. When the mechanism to operate the door broke, my husband tried to fix it. Finally we called Precision again and the technician Jeff came out the next day. He worked 3 hrs into the night to attempt to repair it, but finally had to replace it.
