I have used Precision in the past and they were just as great the second time around. My spring broke on my garage door. We always use the garage door (never the front door), so that was a huge inconvenience! I called in the morning of a holiday weekend and our technician (Rob) came that afternoon! My decision to call Precision Door was out of necessity, but also because of the online reviews I read. Your two techs were top-notch, ahead of schedule, efficient and friendly during the time they spent repairing and updating our garage door. My husband was most impressed because he spent his time with them as they worked. The quality of their work is outstanding. I came out into the garage after they left, only to discover that they not only replaced our motor, we had new remotes for each car, an outside door opener already paired with the door, a new push button switch on the wall, and an incredibly, almost silent, operating door. We can't say enough about how well our job was performed and the professionalism and proficiency of the two techs who performed the service. We will be recommending Precision to all our friends and neighbors. Thanks again for a job very well done. It was a delightful experience working with Lonny! He took the time to check all aspects of my garage door’s operation, and explain to me why it wasn’t operating as safely and efficiently as possible. He gave me several different repair options, then gave me time to review them and ask questions. Once I decided on a new motor and mechanical components, he did a great job with getting everything set up and working! He then explained to me how to operate everything, and made sure I understood before he left. I highly recommend Lonny if you need any service done on your garage!

Previously used them. Response and service was very good. Technical was on time. Full explanation given of what was going to be done. Time frame. After installation an operational walk through and system operation was done. For MYq access advised to go to liftmaster or call for wifi operation.
