I have used Precision in the past and they were just as great the second time around. My spring broke on my garage door. We always use the garage door (never the front door), so that was a huge inconvenience! I called in the morning of a holiday weekend and our technician (Rob) came that afternoon! My decision to call Precision Door was out of necessity, but also because of the online reviews I read. Your two techs were top-notch, ahead of schedule, efficient and friendly during the time they spent repairing and updating our garage door. My husband was most impressed because he spent his time with them as they worked. The quality of their work is outstanding. I came out into the garage after they left, only to discover that they not only replaced our motor, we had new remotes for each car, an outside door opener already paired with the door, a new push button switch on the wall, and an incredibly, almost silent, operating door. We can't say enough about how well our job was performed and the professionalism and proficiency of the two techs who performed the service. We will be recommending Precision to all our friends and neighbors. Thanks again for a job very well done. Let's not forget my choice was also based on my placing a call for service on Monday and your techs arriving on Wednesday. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Make the decision to call Precision!!

Precision is my new garage door company. They came through with a service call to fix a problem. The phone receptionist was professional, took the time to diagnose my problem, and set me up with a firm time and name for my service. Service was excellent, on time, and the tech pointing out corrected potential future problems. I was impressed.

I have been contemplating a new garage door (hurricane rated) for a while. Finally decided to do it. I had done my research ahead of time so I had a ballpark idea of what the range would be financially. Precision Doors had excellent ratings so I started with them. I was not disappointed! Lonny Miller answered all of my questions and even surprised me with an estimate that was on the lower side of what I expected. I signed the contract immediately. Can't wait to see the finished project!

It was a delightful experience working with Lonny! He took the time to check all aspects of my garage door’s operation, and explain to me why it wasn’t operating as safely and efficiently as possible. He gave me several different repair options, then gave me time to review them and ask questions. Once I decided on a new motor and mechanical components, he did a great job with getting everything set up and working! He then explained to me how to operate everything, and made sure I understood before he left. I highly recommend Lonny if you need any service done on your garage!
