My tech was Bryan Hewitson and he did an incredible job. I had my motor replaced with one that is powerful yet silent. My garage door made a lot of noise before the replacement so I am extremely happy with how it works and sounds now. I also had springs and the center bearing replaced. I would highly recommend Precision.

After searching and talking to a few Garage Door Companies. I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me. He also was very patient and looked over the work that was done by the installer. Overall, I am a happy customer and would highly recommend Precision garage door to my family and friends.

Called these guys at 10 AM...had my entire garage door opener and rails replaced along with new motion sensor push button, keypad, and remote - everything programmed along with 2 car Home-link devices, and wasn't late for lunch! Professional all the way.

I called at 8:00 a.m. I was told a technician would be here between 9 and 11. Jeff arrived around 10. Checked out our problem, made a couple of suggestions. We took one option. There was no hard sell for us to take the more expensive option. Would definitely recommend them and should the need arise again, will contact them.

Needed a garage door opener repair or replacement. Was told that unless I replaced virtually everything including rollers and springs for about $1200.00 that the opener couldn't be warranted. Home Depot installed a warranted Chamberlin system with remote and Bluetooth for $300.00. Wasted $40.00 on a Precision service call.

I began using Precision Garage Door after the reviews from Angie's list. I have been a customer since August 2015 when I had an extensive overhaul of my garage door. I was extremely satisfied and have used then ever since. I've have had a couple of service calls since 2015, however nothing out of the ordinary due to normal wear and tear. I made an appointment for Precision Garage Door company to come and service my garage door. I have used them in the past and have found the company to be very professional. The technician arrived on time (if not early). He got to work right away spraying hinges etc and ran a diagnostic test showing that my door passed all of the check points. He was very courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Precision Door .

I have had this company do work a few years ago for me. Never a hard sell. Always professional. I needed new rollers and my beam light was old and useless. This time after 20 years of the same garage door I decided it was time for a new one. Well what a great decision. The new one you can't hear. It is so silent that you have to look again to be sure it closed. The service man was very professional and gave me 3 discounts without ne asking for any. In 3 hours I had a new Garage door opener. Once again a very good company and service people who actually do good work

His customer service was above average and explained in detail any issues or concerns that I had in regards to operating the remotes. Well it took awhile to get to the garage door repair company . I was on my third strike after 2 misses with first 2 repair men. But your service guys got it right ended buying a new lift master opener. Both repairmen that came to my house were professional new what they were doing . Needing replacement of a broken spring, I chose Precision from the yellow pages, with a short visit to their website. Ended going for a general overhaul of my 31-year old door hardware. Price probably was not the lowest, but quality of materials, workmanship, and final result were excellent, and unexpected replacement of the main torque tube was supplied gratis. The technician, Corey, was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable about his product, and able to respond to unexpected problems efficiently. Very professional in his work, he finished the job to perfection in under two hours.
