Very satisfied with the company and Shane our technician. Company arrived on time for the appointment, provided the name and photo of our technician. Appreciate the extra security measures. I would definitely use this company again.

I have been contemplating a new garage door (hurricane rated) for a while. Finally decided to do it. I had done my research ahead of time so I had a ballpark idea of what the range would be financially. Precision Doors had excellent ratings so I started with them. I was not disappointed! Lonny Miller answered all of my questions and even surprised me with an estimate that was on the lower side of what I expected. I signed the contract immediately. Can't wait to see the finished project!

It was a delightful experience working with Lonny! He took the time to check all aspects of my garage door’s operation, and explain to me why it wasn’t operating as safely and efficiently as possible. He gave me several different repair options, then gave me time to review them and ask questions. Once I decided on a new motor and mechanical components, he did a great job with getting everything set up and working! He then explained to me how to operate everything, and made sure I understood before he left. I highly recommend Lonny if you need any service done on your garage!

Previously used them. Response and service was very good. Technical was on time. Full explanation given of what was going to be done. Time frame. After installation an operational walk through and system operation was done. For MYq access advised to go to liftmaster or call for wifi operation.

The whole experience was pleasant. The tech who first came out to explain everything was friendly and knowledgable. The guys who came out to install the equipment were the same way: very friendly, got to work, did a beautiful job.

It is so comforting to know there is such a customer-serviced business around. We had Precision at our house 4 years ago and did a maintenance overhaul on our garage door and was excellent service. We had issues with the door this weekend and called on Sunday expecting a voice mail to leave a message and get called back on Monday but someone answered the phone! They took a message and set up an appointment right then and there. The tech called ahead and came in the time period quoted, went over the door thoroughly. When he left the work area was clean and door working.

The employee arrived on time and was not wearing a mask. When asked, he went back to the truck to get one. The work he provided was in keeping with the quote for normal preventive maintenance and he suggested other issues he observed that needed repair/replacement to put the door in the best shape. After more conversation, I realized that a new door would be needed in the near future.

Travis did a great job safety checking my garage doors. After the check Travis adjusted the dual springs on one of our garage doors, then he put the appropriate lubrication on the springs, the chain wheels, the attachment plates on the steel garage doors. It's been two years since my regular technician (just retired) installed those springs on our main garage door. I needed exactly what Precision Garage Doors provided - a competent, knowledgeable technician to service my garage doors. One of their competitors sent a guy out prior to Travis' visit. He was there to do a safety check and service my garage doors, but after the safety check he told me I needed new springs and it would cost $700!!!! I knew instantly this was not the right company or technician. Precision Garage Door was first on my list and Travis represented!!!!! Precision is my garage door company. Precision serviced my doors and adjusted my springs for less than half what the other "top rated " guys wanted to charge for new springs I did not need!!!! My springs should be good for another 6 to 8 years, and thanks to Travis and Precision Garage Doors I now know who to call!!!!!!

I had service with Precision overhead Garage Doors back in 2013. At that time it was recommended to me to get a Life Time Warranty. Today it paid off, all I had to pay was a service call. Thank you Jason.

Being fully insures, Angie list and a BBB rating of A+ was the factors that I called precision. Most important the technicians have the proper identification and uniforms that let you know they are from Precision. Very professional, courteous and explain everything in detail. No surprises!
