I began using Precision Garage Door after the reviews from Angie's list. I have been a customer since August 2015 when I had an extensive overhaul of my garage door. I was extremely satisfied and have used then ever since. I've have had a couple of service calls since 2015, however nothing out of the ordinary due to normal wear and tear. My technician this last time was Darian who was very professional. I was you all a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

I made an appointment for Precision Garage Door company to come and service my garage door. I have used them in the past and have found the company to be very professional. The technician arrived on time (if not early). He got to work right away spraying hinges etc and ran a diagnostic test showing that my door passed all of the check points. He was very courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Precision Door .

I have had this company do work a few years ago for me. Never a hard sell. Always professional. I needed new rollers and my beam light was old and useless. This time after 20 years of the same garage door I decided it was time for a new one. Well what a great decision. The new one you can't hear. It is so silent that you have to look again to be sure it closed. The service man was very professional and gave me 3 discounts without ne asking for any. In 3 hours I had a new Garage door opener. Once again a very good company and service people who actually do good work

Darian O'Neil was here today for our Installation of our Belt Drive Garage Door opener. He did an excellent job. He was prompt, neat, and clean. His customer service was above average and explained in detail any issues or concerns that I had in regards to operating the remotes. Well it took awhile to get to the garage door repair company . I was on my third strike after 2 misses with first 2 repair men. But your service guys got it right ended buying a new lift master opener. Both repairmen that came to my house were professional new what they were doing . Not going give you names of the previous two repair men . In there case a license to do business should be required. Thank you good job would recommend your company in the future Mr. Raymond Centola

Needing replacement of a broken spring, I chose Precision from the yellow pages, with a short visit to their website. Ended going for a general overhaul of my 31-year old door hardware. Price probably was not the lowest, but quality of materials, workmanship, and final result were excellent, and unexpected replacement of the main torque tube was supplied gratis. The technician, Corey, was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable about his product, and able to respond to unexpected problems efficiently. Very professional in his work, he finished the job to perfection in under two hours.

Today, August 10th, 2019 service technician serviced our Garage Door, Motor, etc. The Garage Door is much quieter, etc. We are very pleased with the results of the service and state that it was a five star job. We will continue to do so annually as the Garage Door is used frequently and this service annually insures that the door works by a push of a button. Generally satisfied with the service. Two minor comments, the technician would not honor the $25 coupon we downloaded from the Precision site and there is a sliver of light that comes through the left side of the bottom of the garage when the door is closed.

Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides replacing broken springs and bearings, I had the drums, rollers and cables replaced. He also did some "maintenance" such as lubricating and tightening of hardware. My door is a lot quieter now. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!
