Robert Stephenson was the tech he called me to let know he was 30 min out.we talked about what was going on he gave me 3 choices .I called my boss and let me know I made the right decision .I just lost my husband so Iam in a fog.I never felt like he was taking advantage of me . I had a new door opener, weatherstrip, rollers, springs And a keypad installed today. Technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. Cleaned up after himself and took the time to show me the features of the new opener. I can open the door from my phone. How cool. Highly Recommend Precision!!!!!

My maintenance issue involved the replacement of a broken spring on the door. I reported the broken spring the the early evening of 11/9/20. I received a call from Precision Garget Doors around 0900 11/10/20 and scheduled a service all for 3:00-5:00 afternoon. The service technician called on his way and arrived shortly after 3:00. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and opener. He replaced the broken spring with a different metal aneling process that he said was more reliable operation. During the repair process the technician performed a "balance" of the springs on the door to provide smooth operation of the door. The technician also inspected the cables on the door and found that both cables were worn to the point of requiring replacement (I could readily tell that they were in pretty bad shape). Operational check of the door opening after repair demonstrated the the door opened smoothly with no noticeable problems. The technician was well trained in his job, was very thorough in his inspection and repair, explained the findings and recommendations for correcting the problem. The parts needed to perform the repair were on hand. Great service - Great results. Highly recommend PDS. Total time for the service call was ~ 1 hour I give PDS a 5 star rating. Exceptional service. My tech was Bryan Hewitson and he did an incredible job. I had my motor replaced with one that is powerful yet silent. My garage door made a lot of noise before the replacement so I am extremely happy with how it works and sounds now. I also had springs and the center bearing replaced. After searching and talking to a few Garage Door Companies. I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me.
