Needing replacement of a broken spring, I chose Precision from the yellow pages, with a short visit to their website. Ended going for a general overhaul of my 31-year old door hardware. Price probably was not the lowest, but quality of materials, workmanship, and final result were excellent, and unexpected replacement of the main torque tube was supplied gratis. The technician, Corey, was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable about his product, and able to respond to unexpected problems efficiently. Very professional in his work, he finished the job to perfection in under two hours.

Today, August 10th, 2019 service technician serviced our Garage Door, Motor, etc. The Garage Door is much quieter, etc. We are very pleased with the results of the service and state that it was a five star job. We will continue to do so annually as the Garage Door is used frequently and this service annually insures that the door works by a push of a button. Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides replacing broken springs and bearings, I had the drums, rollers and cables replaced. He also did some "maintenance" such as lubricating and tightening of hardware. My door is a lot quieter now. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener.
