Generally satisfied with the service. Two minor comments, the technician would not honor the $25 coupon we downloaded from the Precision site and there is a sliver of light that comes through the left side of the bottom of the garage when the door is closed.

Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides replacing broken springs and bearings, I had the drums, rollers and cables replaced. He also did some "maintenance" such as lubricating and tightening of hardware. My door is a lot quieter now. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..

It was such a pleasure speaking with Brian, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and professional . After explaining the issues I was having he gave me an appointment for the next morning. I immediately received a confirmation email giving me the name and credentials of the technician I should expect at my home. Rob S. was on time the next morning, also the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable of his work.
