I choose Precision Garage because I choose you to install my new garage door in 2018. I called because of a loud beeping sound that I could not get to stop. Your technician Jeff arrived in a timely manner. When I explained to him what was happening, he was able to investigate and diagnose the problem. He explained what needed to be done and the price of the service. He was friendly and professional which I appreciated. He was very thorough and when he completed the job, he explained what he had done and answered several questions that I had. I was very pleased with both the service and the technician.

Great experience. We needed a repair on our garage door opener and they sent a tech out the same day. Jeff,our tech, was outstanding. Your company sent out a repairman on a Saturday night when my garage door opener looked like it might detach itself from the garage ceiling. My husband had just gotten home from the hospital and I had visions of being trapped in my house, unable to get out of my garage in an emergency. Jeff Dineen worked in the heat and was able to make a quick fix so that I was comfortable. We liked him so much, we waited to have the new opener installed on Wednesday, today, so that he could do it! He was very thorough and personable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors!

I had Precision Door back in 2002 and was pleased at that time. That is why I called again. The motor was shot and Jeff the tech was so much more than thorough. He tightened every and I mean every screw on the door and track to ensure perfect travel motion on the tracks even though he only installed the motor. He must have had the door open and close 10 to 15 times to make sure everything was secure and worked properly. I was impressed and very pleased and would call again for any issue. I felt I could trust this company without question. Thank you

Precision Garage Door was quick to respond to my request to get an evaluation and quote for a new door Opener. Jeff Dineen was our technician from Precision Garage Door and he was great to work with. He was personable and took the time to answer all our questions on door openers and installation. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the different brands of openers and what opener(s) would be a good for our garage door. Jeff completed the installation in about 2 hours and reprogrammed all our remote devices as well as walking us through set-up and using the door opener application from our phones. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door services.

My two car garage door broke with our new car in the garage. We called and the technician showed up the same day. We received a text telling us the technician was on the way with the name and photo of the technician. When the technician arrived, he wrote up an estimate with two options to choose from. We chose the overhaul repair and the technician got started right away. The technician was Jeff Dineen and was very professional and explained in detail the repair to my wife and I. The repair was completed the same day and on the estimate we approved. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.
