Wanted a 2nd quote for replacement of my doors. Precision's quote was 50% higher than ABCO. I was told my motors must be replaced (they are 25 years old). ABCO felt otherwise. They have had far more issues with the newer models (represented only $1,300 of the $3,000 differential). They were quoting Clopay... from reviews these may even be a touch above DAB (which ABCO no longer specs for residential due to complaints about noisy operation). Your tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He has no control over your prices.

"JEFF DINEEN." arrived exactly on time and proceeded to repair not only the broken spring, but when asked if it was possible to upgrade the door (new rollers plus heavy duty cables, and both springs per my request) I was very impressed that he had all of the new equipment on his truck, and upon completion he thoroughly lubed all moving parts. And all of this on a Saturday and at a reasonable price. Therefore, I have to give Jeff 10 stars for his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant personality. To say the least, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend your company to anyone in the future.

I’ve used Precision up north in Maryland and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Florida offices as well. Sure enough, our recent experience was as good as we were accustomed to in Maryland. Rob was amazing. He was professional, friendly, helpful and quick! Most importantly — truly the highest value added service — Rob programmed both of our cars to work with the new garage door opener! He saved us hours of frustration.
