my friend bj foy had you guys install a garage door opener at her house and I was so impressed at how quiet it was, actually jealous. I set up an appt on line and my technician Chris called and said he could come earlier if I wanted. I agreed, he showed up very knowledgeable and very friendly. He completed a new installation very timely and explained any question I had along the way, and I asked a lot of questions. Now my garage door is so quiet I can't wait to show it off to everyone. Our technician came to look at our garage door opener which had stopped working, and the motor had died. He suggested a new one that was more appropriate for the size of our garage door. Excellent service! Brian came out on Sunday afternoon to repair a garage door opener that was not working. The end result was replacing the entire motor system, spring, plus maintenance. I am happy he was able to come on Sunday because the door would have had to be left opened most of the day and all night. I wasn't able to get the door down, even trying to do it manually. I have been using Precision for over 10 years, and I highly recommend this company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was of course a weekend when the spring failed. I knew this day was coming. A lot of noise coming from door opening and closing. I was happy to hear that a tech would be able to see me this afternoon. I was even able to get an estimate over the phone. Didn't want any sticker shock. The technician, Shane called when he was on his way and with an ETA. Here's the good part. At NO TIME did he try to sell me anything. He pointed out areas to watch considering the age of the unit.
