I’ve used Precision up north in Maryland and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Florida offices as well. Sure enough, our recent experience was as good as we were accustomed to in Maryland. Rob was amazing. He was professional, friendly, helpful and quick! Most importantly — truly the highest value added service — Rob programmed both of our cars to work with the new garage door opener! He saved us hours of frustration. Rob did both cars in less than 15 mins. Wow! I have always found Precision to be highly responsive, fair-priced and with well-trained technicians. Clearly, these qualities are consistent across their vast network of offices! Can’t believe you’d ever want to use anyone else!!

Had a roller off track which I’ve fixed myself in the past. However, it appeared to be happening more frequently so I gave Precision a call. Jeff came out the next day and gave the door a thorough going over making all necessary adjustments. Smooth as silk now. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and explained in detail what he had done and offered advice on how to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!

For less than an hours work I feel $283 was a high charge. Your method of charging is called stacking an individual charge for each service performed and not based on hourly charge plus a service charge.
