"JEFF DINEEN." arrived exactly on time and proceeded to repair not only the broken spring, but when asked if it was possible to upgrade the door (new rollers plus heavy duty cables, and both springs per my request) I was very impressed that he had all of the new equipment on his truck, and upon completion he thoroughly lubed all moving parts. And all of this on a Saturday and at a reasonable price. Therefore, I have to give Jeff 10 stars for his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant personality. To say the least, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend your company to anyone in the future.

Had Derik over to fix garage door and how impressed I was with him. He talked us thru what he was doing and obviously loves his job which you do not find nowadays. Fixed the door in no time, cleaned up and was gone. A very pleasant experience and would absolutely have them back. He is an asset to the company.

I’ve used Precision up north in Maryland and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Florida offices as well. Sure enough, our recent experience was as good as we were accustomed to in Maryland. Rob was amazing. He was professional, friendly, helpful and quick! Had a roller off track which I’ve fixed myself in the past. However, it appeared to be happening more frequently so I gave Precision a call. Jeff came out the next day and gave the door a thorough going over making all necessary adjustments. Smooth as silk now.
