Scheduled a tune up for my garage door online using the chat. Very easy to use and I was able to get a date scheduled for next day which was very convenient for me. Rob the service tech arrived as scheduled. Explained what was included in the tune up and then completed a tune up on door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. Door is working better on the open and close. At my request, Rob also provided a quote for replacement of the springs and mechanisms as my current equipment is original to the home build and beyond the typical life expectancy. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Just the detailed information and options I had requested. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage and I have been pleased each time with the professionalism of the technician and the overall service provided. I will be using Precision Garage again.

A long time ago I needed a garage door repair. Precision Garage Door Service was a "Shot in The Dark" as I had no idea of who to call.. My "Shot in The Dark" was a bullseye!! The service was excellent. Turns out a power outage had caused the opener to cease to function. This was quickly corrected and I was back in business with the opener restored.

The spring broke on my garage door and I was not able to open it to remove my car. I needed an immediate repair. I called Precision and the technician (Chris) arrived an hour later. Chris had all parts required on his truck and my door was fully repaired 2 hours later. Chris performed a complete overhaul of my door components including replacement of the springs for a very reasonable price. The repair includes a 5 year warranty so I have peace of mind for the foreseeable future. The expeditious response and reasonable price exceeded all my expectations. I will recommend Precision to any friends or acquaintances requiring garage door repair.

Rob (service Tech) provided a complete inspection of our Garage Door and old Opener. Due to the age of the old opener(25 years old) and the sounds coming from it, I decided with Rob's concurrence to replace the Opener. To my surprise, not only could I make and appointment for Monday, but they can come Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. When was the last time you heard of that?
