Bryan was born in New Jersey but raised locally in Indialantic where his passion for surfing began, he turned his passion into a profession and went on to surf worldwide for 15 years, including surfing on The World Championship Tour! Bryan is a jack of all trades and is able to complete any job given to him, he is a hard worker and dedicated to quality work. Bryan enjoys golfing, fishing with his family and friends in his spare time as well as spending time with his 5 wonderful children. Bryan is excited about his career at Precision Garage Door and eager to show his ability to succeed in everything he does.

I had known the company name while in Brevard County and when we purchased a property in Indian River County and need garage door servicing I reached out to 2 local companies for quotes. They came back so divergent that I felt I needed to seek a 3rd quote from someone I knew/trusted, so I arranged for that quote with Precision. Bryan Hewitson just came over and what a great experience. Talked me through all the existing issues, including not doing ones that didn't need to be done, and then went about getting our door to operate as if brand new. The technician arrived as scheduled, operated the door a few times and was able to determine what the problem was. Gave me an estimate of the service and I told him to go ahead and take care of the problem. About 45 minutes later he completed the service and had me check the operation of the door. I was very happy that the door was operating properly and quiet. Was very happy with the service

We used Precision Garage Door about two years age to replace the motor to our garage door opener, so when we need help again we knew who to call. Prompt service! I called yesterday morning and was told there was a time slot available later in the day. Bryan was the tech. First he helped us rest the key pad, then he listened to the other issues we had with our garage door and gave us our options. He replaced the springs, bearings and adjusted the door. Everything was done in a timely manner. Bryan was personable and professional. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door

I was given an appointment the same day that I called, and was given a 2-hour window in which the tech would arrive, and he arrived within that time frame. Brian Hewiston was our Precision Garage representative and installer. Brian did a superb job with the technical installation of our new Genie system. He gave us all of the options available to us allowing us to choose the best and most cost-effective solutions available to us. Throughout the installation he was extremely patient. The job at our home had some complications due to the builders initial placement and Brian tackled all issues with a great attitude, patience and a smile. The whole process was professional and very well done. I highly recommend Precision Garage and Brian to anyone needing garage door work.

I asked for a proposal and received it. The gentleman Brian that reviewed the scope and priced it did a great job. There were several items in the proposal that were priced “if needed” but I didn’t expect they would be required. In total all those if needed items were very costly. I called the office and spoke to a lady and asked her to please clarify if they would be needed or not. She was very short and had an attitude. She said those items would be determined after the order is placed. That was the wrong treatment and unacceptable answer. I bought the door from a competitor.

Called this morning at 8am because of a broken garage door spring. Was given an appointment for today between 10-12. Received a call from the service technician Bryan that he would arrive at 1030 and he was right on time. He gave me a detailed explanation on what he would do, gave me the price and time to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend Precision garage door service as they were outstanding. I even received an email from the division owner thanking me for my business.

Great service and repair of our garage door! The springs broke after pulling into the garage on a Friday night. We called that evening. Brian was out the next afternoon (Saturday). He was excellent! Precision did a fantastic job and was very efficient. I called at 8am in the morning after my torsion spring broke, and I couldn't get the garage door up. They came out by 10am and completely fixed it and performed preventive maintenance on my other garage door. Excellent service, I will definitely call Precision again.
