When I called for an appointment for a quote they were able to schedule it for the following day. The technician Jeff arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 40 minutes inspecting my garage and developed their quote for a new door. I called to request service for a battery issue with our garage door opener as well as general maintenance on the door and opener. Ty was here within an hour. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the overhead battery as well as recommending a replacement of the door seal based on its age and potential for failure. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and I now have a much better understanding of the operation of the door since I was not on site when it was installed. I was a repeat Precision customer, since they installed my garage door 11 years ago. When my 16-year old opener failed, I called them. They were able to send technicians within a few hours, and the techs called when they were on their way. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me the option of repair or replacement, explaining the price for both. I chose to have them install a new opener, which they did quickly and efficiently. They were professional, polite and considerate, and answered all my questions. Very happy with Rob and George, and Precision.
