When I called for an appointment for a quote they were able to schedule it for the following day. The technician Jeff arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 40 minutes inspecting my garage and developed their quote for a new door. He was able to answer all my questions fully and I am satisfied with the results of the whole process.

Keith Couch made service call on my request to precision. He repaired sensor wire. After inspection brought to my attention other issues that I was aware of and after some technical questions by me and answered by keith , I decided to purchase door overhaul service. New Springs, bearings, rollers, cable spools, and cables. Door works better than new. Thanks Precision and thank you Keith for your exceptional workmanship....Rick Smith Cape Canaveral homeowner. I called to request service for a battery issue with our garage door opener as well as general maintenance on the door and opener. Ty was here within an hour. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the overhead battery as well as recommending a replacement of the door seal based on its age and potential for failure. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and I now have a much better understanding of the operation of the door since I was not on site when it was installed. All of my questions were answered thoroughly along with other important information that was freely given. Ty is a true asset to your company and a pleasure to deal with. I was a repeat Precision customer, since they installed my garage door 11 years ago. When my 16-year old opener failed, I called them. They were able to send technicians within a few hours, and the techs called when they were on their way. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me the option of repair or replacement, explaining the price for both. I chose to have them install a new opener, which they did quickly and efficiently. They were professional, polite and considerate, and answered all my questions. Very happy with Rob and George, and Precision.
