Spent more $$$ then I planned, but extremely happy that I did. Shane was phenomenal. Professional and didn't try to up sell me for anything. He did his evaluation and gave me three different options. After answering my questions, I went with the most expensive option, but thrilled that I did. My door was so noisy. New springs, pullies, upgraded cable, compared to what I had, rollers, new motor, keypad and remotes. Couldn't be more pleased. I can't even hear the door open and close.

In one word: Outstanding. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, their response and professionalism was amazing. I called on a Friday afternoon expecting to get an appointment for the following week but after the question and answer discussion where I told them the opener was over 10 years old they checked the records and said it was much older than that. I then described the garage door opener was acting like it was possessed they were able to send a tech over late that afternoon. The tech 'Derek' arrived on time and listened to my description, answered ALL my questions and described my options. I chose to replace the motor/control unit and since it really had been jerking the drive system so badly I also opted to change the drive belt. About an hour and half later the job was completed. Derek had changed the unit, the belt, replaced the wiring and sensors. He also did other adjustments , explained all of what he did and then when he demonstrated the working I was amazed at how quiet and smooth the door came up and closed. He then went over the new wall mounted button features and the remotes. I mention that now I have to figure out my car's remote system. He said " no problem" and proceeded to set my car up so it worked with the new opener. As a final comment I considered the price very reasonable for all that was accomplished. I highly recommend Precision for any and all garage door work, installation or repair. Rich Manney

Opener stopped responding to one of the remotes. Gavin was here within 15 minutes of my call. He reset the remote and did a quick inspection and tune-up of the door and opener. Very friendly and professional. Excellent service on short notice.

Excellent service and timing. The two techs arrived early and assessed the Garage door that was unbalanced meaning it would not stay open when lifted. I was installing a new door opener when I realized that the door was unbalanced. I had called your local Melbourne number and booked a service for later in the day. In about an hour, the two techs had balanced the door and finished installing the new door opener. Excellent service and very professional techs that saved the day.

I had a set of failing springs that made my door open slower. I contacted Precision and they were able to help me same day. My previous spring install was only 1.5 years prior through a home warranty using a contractor that did not match the proper springs to my door. There may have also been quality concerns with that company's product. Rob S explained the issue to me in great detail down to the proper IPPT! He walked through the proposal of hardware, service, warranty, and fees so there was no confusion to what I'd be paying or receiving. I have used Precision in the past for maintenance and my door install. There were no complaints but I did go through home warranty for the last issue to save money. I will now trust Precision for my extended garage door needs.
