The service was excellent. Turns out a power outage had caused the opener to cease to function. This was quickly corrected and I was back in business with the opener restored.

Precision exceeded my expectations!! First off, my service Rep was early, which was a bonus for me. His name was Ron S. He was very professional and friendly. Ron did a full service on my door and replaced the indoor door opener which was what I called them for. Ron tried to repair it, but the last power outage did the thing in completely. He explained what needed to be done before starting to work on the door opener and notified me that it did indeed need replacing. He kept me informed of each thing he did during his visit. The cost was very reasonable to me and I'm grateful for the time he took to explain things to me. He even helped me reprogram the outside keypad code. I will definitely keep Precision in my phone contact list.

my friend bj foy had you guys install a garage door opener at her house and I was so impressed at how quiet it was, actually jealous. I purchased my Hurricane Master garage door in December 2013 from Precision Door Services of Brevard. It's a heavy door that sits over our two-car garage and we rely on it. The door gets opened and closed several times a day, so I request a yearly maintenance. Only once in 13 years have I had to have additional service done to the door, other than routine maintenance. And that was just due to common wear on the springs - which I eventually expected anyway. Each time I get a tune-up on the garage door, the technician has been professional, polite, and honest. I get a realistic assessment of the door...I am asked if there is any trouble with the opener (does it need a look?)...and if all is well, he proceeds to the maintenance. I also get a well-appreciated courtesy call when he's on his way over. I think Precision Garage Door Service of Melbourne is a nice company to do business with and they hire good people who represent the company very positively.

Would highly recommend Precision! We needed to replace our old, outdated motor that had stopped working consistently. We called Precision, reached a very professional person who set up an appointment for someone to come out the next day. We received notification that our technician was on his way and when he would be arriving. Derek Martens explained everything very clearly. The new motor and keypad were installed, and he helped to set up remotes, keypad, and even waited for my husband to get home to set up his truck! Wonderful experience!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because a couple of months ago I saw one of your technician helping a neighbor with their door at 10pm! They later said dealing with your company was amazing. So, when I had a problem, I decided to contact Precision Garage Door too. The technician, Bryant Griffin, was very professional and courteous. He came on a service call to help remove a bulb that exploded in the garage door unit...the bulb broke off at the 'screw in' level. Bryant disconnect power and battery back up and had to use pliers to grasp the bulb base to remove it from the unit. While he was here he offered to check the door for any other possible issues. Everything good except the rubber seal across the bottom of the door. He found where there was a tear/hole in the seal that had been covered up with a piece of rubber by the previous company I used. I asked Bryant about replacing the seal, he had one on his truck, told me the price to install, etc. I asked him to please replace the bottom seal. He did so and checked every inch of it to ensure it set/close/contacted properly. I am very pleased with this company and their employee is an excellent representation of your company values. I will now use Precision Garage Door Service for ALL of my garage door needs. Thank you and thank you Bryant.
