Our technician came to look at our garage door opener which had stopped working, and the motor had died. He suggested a new one that was more appropriate for the size of our garage door. He installed the new one in what seemed like no time. Explained how it worked and was on his way. We were very pleased with everything!

They were able to come out the same day to repair a broken spring. Bryan, the tech, was very professional. He explained everything and replaced a few other needed parts while he was here. The door is working great and much quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Garage door broken and not working properly made an appointment online for the next day. The technician called and stated he was on his way He arrived on time. The technician Jeff Dineen diagnosed the issue quickly and advised me of my options. He replaced the door opener with an upgraded unit. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. He made sure that I understood how the unit worked and gave a tutorial. Jeff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Precision garage door services to anyone that needs their garage door or opener fixed or upgraded. Great company.

Our garage door had a broken opener and a broken spring so it was unstable for a few days. Shane came by and fixed all our issues with our door. He even repaired our damaged bottom seal. He was very easy to talk to and transparent with his inspection and the costs involved with getting out door up and running. I am very happy with his visit and recommend precision garage door services.

Thank you so much for your service today 2/14/26. Jeff Dineen was very helpful. He explained a lot about how the entire door functions and why my door was making so much noise. The springs were replaced about a year and a half ago. But they needed adjustment and lubrication. Also, the rollers were original, and Jeff replaced them with the new quiet ones. Wow, what a great experience. Our technician Rob was great. He kept us informed on when exactly he would be arriving, quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken part inside a wall mount opener), and got me in contact with the Genie product people for warranty work. Then, to my surprise, he contacted his manager, and they decided not charge me anything for the service call. I don't think it could get much better, and I highly recommend them.

Derak installed our garage door opener Feb 4. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I could not connect to the garage door opener with my phone as there was an issue.
