Precision Garage Door has been servicing my door for several years. They installed our current Hurricane proof door, did a great job. I have the door tuned up annually. All of the guys who have serviced our door have been polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The door is quiet and dependable. The office people are helpful and good about scheduling. We originally were referred by a friend.

I had used Precision in the past so called again because my garage door would not open and I was stuck at home. I was given an appt for the next day, 10-2. Jeff arrived at ten, saw immediately what the problem was, offered me two solutions. My 21 year old garage door was in need of an overhaul and Jeff gave it one. He had all the parts he needed and worked quickly for two hours to improve the door. Now it works better than ever. It is much quieter and Jeff showed me how the parts he replaced now made it easier for me to actually lift the door myself by hand. Jeff was polite and hardworking and answered all my questions. I would definitely call Precision again if I needed to.

First it was great to see technician arrive 20 minutes early. Bryant and I discussed the issues and what my options were and we went ahead and replaced contractor grade opener we had for 8 years. Bryant was courteous and professional,answering my questions,as he removed old and installed new. He was meticulous in cleaning up after work was done. Precision Garage was recommended by my neighbor and I would definitely use for any future garage door needs and highly recommend for those searching out a garage door company.

He was not "pushy" and understood my needs from the very beginning! Bruce offered two alternatives to select based on my preferences. Everything was included in the price from permit to any additional work being required. It was definitely a "stress-free" process from beginning to end! There were no "bait and switch" tactics like I have experienced during my lifetime! We were able to schedule a technician quickly. Chris arrived on time friendly and professional. He assessed the issues we were having and offered several options. He offered to do the work that needed to be done, while he was there. I requested in writing the cost of the other work that needs to be done. He broke it down and sent me an email that had the cost of each repair while he was standing beside me. I would recommend this business to anyone needing garage door repair.

My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon, and was beyond my abilities. I found Precision on line and read a few reviews all of which looked really good. My phone call was answered quickly and positively and a service call arranged for the Saturday morning. Shane called me ahead of time, as promised and proved to be extremely competent and personable. He quickly assessed the issues, and gave me several options to choose from. He completed the whole job quickly and left me a very happy customer.

I've been dealing with y'all for many years!! The young man who did the work, Shane, was very knowledgeable, polite & explained everything he was doing & made sure I was comfortable with the way the changes would work for me!! It's so much quieter now & replacing the motor allows me to have 2 new remotes (the old ones didn't work right sometimes.) Also the keypad hasn't worked in probably 15 years!! I love the way sensor turns the light on in the garage when I step in from the house!!! I can't say enough about the wonderful service y'all have provided for me!! Sandi

The service I received was excellent. Shane called first to let me know that he could arrive earlier than scheduled. As the garage door wasn't working properly he quickly determined that certain controls on the opener needed to be adjusted and also that the chain was too tight and needed to be loosened. In addition, he lubricated the door tracks & hinges and then also tightened the tracks and ceiling braces where they attach to the garage to ensure continued stability. Shane explained all charges and provided an email invoice. Shane was professional, courteous and competent. The garage door is working fine now.

The repair man call when he was on his way. When he arrived in unform he was very helpful by inspecting the door and putting 2 quotas together for us. Went over each estimated and cost. We went forward with estimate 1. The worker was clean did everything as per estimate 1.He did a company courtesy tune-up. Lubing all moving part etc. Great job. In closing, I have use Precision Garage door service in the passed. And never disappointed. Your works are excellent people and I thanks you for having such professional people.

Precision installed my garage doors in 2023. The installation crew was friendly, helpful and efficient. The individual who gave me the quote in 2023 was actually the same person (Rob) who came today to troubleshoot and service the doors. It’s encouraging and refreshing to see the person who sold you the product actually has hands on experience and expertise! I have recommended Precision to several people and will continue to do so.
