I would like to compliment my salesman Bruce Metviner, for his respect for my veteran status. He made the purchase of the garage door a very pleasant experience, as he explained everything to me. No surprises, nothing hidden, a real professional experience. To anyone asking I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any type of garage door work for your home!

I was having trouble with the Genie Garage Door Opener that was installed in March. The keypad didn't work and the opener sometimes didn't work. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the opener. He was able to solve my issues to my satisfaction. Thank you for your prompt service.

When attempting to leave at 800, I was unable to open garage door because load spring was broken. Called Precision and they had repairman visit within two hours. They were able to open door and which allowed me to get my vehicles out. Repairman gave me quote and I got spring replace and installed a new garage opener. The new garage door opener is much more quiet and steady. The installer completed repair work and door opener within 3-4 hours. He was polite and competent, i.e., work seemed good. I did not call around for quotes so i don't know how competitive the price was compared to others. However, my intuition seemed like reasonable price. I would recommend based on service performed.

There's nothing like the satisfaction of being a homeowner. Nothing can compare to reveling in the efforts of all your hard work. There's nothing like the responsibilities that accompany all that satisfaction either. For homeowners, responsibilities tend to resemble maintenance, management and the neverending misfortune of having things dilapidate. When things do need repair, you seek specialized, skilled professionals who can be entrusted with your home. If you want the work completed properly, you ought to hire the ones best to do so.  Recently, our twenty-year-old garage door stupidly stopped working, but history and habit led me to contact Precision Garage Door Service. This would be the only call I would make for this service. Knowing someone who previously worked for Precision Garage Door Service notwithstanding, their repair technicians have serviced our garage door in the past. I was pleased with the outcome then and even more pleased after this visit. Making an appointment was tricky due to the computerized/automated system used. This isn't uncommon lately. Thankfully, a live agent contacted me and allowed me a four-hour-window for an appointment. I was told I would be contacted by my technician when they were en route. As informed, my technician, Gavin, alerted me of his arrival time and was pleasant and punctual. He assessed the garage door thoroughly and communicated clearly what the issues were. When I did not understand something, he was polite and explained everything from cause of damage to cost of repair options.  Upon hearing the "good / better / best" quotes, I began inquiring about coupons, discounted rates, payment plans, bartering systems... Gavin was lighthearted and patient and assisted me in acquiring the best deal. Once I was able to achieve a more-than-a-little-generous discount, he got to work immediately. What I assumed would be a tedious, two-person task, he performed solely and seamlessly. It was evident that Gavin is dexterous, diligent and took pride in his work; characteristics so rare nowadays.  This isn't meant to be merely an A+, five-star review of just another company. Altogether, the sum of all its parts, leaves me in appreciative awe of Precision Garage Door Service.  This is a recommendation, certainly. Also, it's recognition of everything coming together wonderfully and making me feel a little sense of comfort as a homeowner. ...with a working garage door.

We have used Precision Garage Door services for over two decades and have never been dissatisfied. Their promise of same-day service is unequalled and the technicians are professional and friendly. We have no reason or desire to call any other company for garage door services. Thanks!

We are very pleased with Rob’s work. He was on schedule and did an excellent job repairing our creaking and groaning door. Rob carefully explained what repairs he recommended and our options. The door is now practically silent with new springs, cables, and rollers. He also replaced the defunct outside keypad. Thank you for a great job.

I’ve always used Precision (it’s who I purchased the the door with many years ago). Always, always received excellent service, and today was no different! Gavin was precise (guess he fits the company name), fast and professional! Also, I called this morning and Gavin was at the house within 90 min! Bravo, Precision! Keep up the good work!

I can’t think everyone that I dealt with enough. When I called to make an appointment, I had no sooner hung up than I got an email confirming the appointment. A few minutes later, I got a text message, confirming the tech that would come out. The entire process was efficient, professional, and everyone was just plain nice. The tech who installed my system went over in detail the problem I was having and what caused it and what the remedy would be. He was never pushy about trying to sell me up. He just calmly showed me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He replaced the motor, the springs, the belt drive and a door seal.I am very happy with the work that was done and with the treatment that I received from everyone. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone looking to either get a new system or a repair of an existing one.

Shane Abbenante did an excellent job explaining many things. It had been 13 years since prior service. NO Pressure! The Precision sticker was on the door, prompting our call. Great text message received explaining appointment window, and introduction to the repairman. Various new features on the Opener are really helpful. Better lighting, brass rollers - Quiet. New Remotes. Price trumped by Quality !!

One of the springs broke on my garage door. Since it was older and numerous other parts worn, I was looking to replace it. Precision followed up promptly to my call for an estimate. Needless to say I purchased a new garage door. Then they offered to get my door operational for use until installation of new one. Fabulous service and honest communication. Can't wait for the installation.

We chose your company because of trust of quality work. Quick appointments and trucks that are equipped with everything to repair any door system. Knowledgeable, polite technicians that are friendly and explain warranties and how things work . We had Brody as our guy, and he was very work driven til the job was done.

Spent more $$$ then I planned, but extremely happy that I did. Shane was phenomenal. Professional and didn't try to up sell me for anything. He did his evaluation and gave me three different options. After answering my questions, I went with the most expensive option, but thrilled that I did. My door was so noisy. New springs, pullies, upgraded cable, compared to what I had, rollers, new motor, keypad and remotes. Couldn't be more pleased. I can't even hear the door open and close.

We previously used Precision so we know they can do the job. We bought a new generic clicker for garage door and found out it won’t connect our home link in new car. I was told we needed the branded clicker (Liftmaster). Bryant arrived the next morning and programmed the clicker to the opener and car. Thank you Precision.

I have used your services a couple of times in the past and will continue as the need arises. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your own home or business. RJL
