I am very pleased with the work performed. The technician called to let me know when to expect him. He evaluated the system and suggested some minor maintenance needed. He then preformed the adjustments I had called for and reprogrammed the system. He told me price before he did any work. I will continue to use Precision for all garage door needs and recommend them to my neighbors.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. I appreciated the courtesy call letting me know Robert ( technician) was on his way. Once he assessed the garage's door, he took the time to explain how the door should work. The work's fees were discussed upfront (no hidden fees) and were reasonable. Called this morning, appointment was arranged for this afternoon, Shane called with a 10 minute window, which allowed me to cage my dog!! Explained the issues. Shane informed me of the problem gave me the quote and worked on repairing our door. Issues were sorted within an hour at a very competitive rate. We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine. Outstanding professionalism! Shane, the technician, who serviced my hurricane rated garage door was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I was given a 2 hour window of time when to expect a technician to arrive and was provided a courtesy call early with a prompt arrival time. Shane performed a yearly tune-up on my garage door and was very attentive to my concerns and addressed all of them promptly. In doing so, he explained what he was able to do in order to address those concerns and made corrections to any misalignments and performed all necessary adjustments. Including balancing and lubricating the door to reduce drag resistance when opening and closing the door to protect and extend the life of the door opener. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician, "Shane" for any of your garage door maintenance and repairs needs and definitely installs! They installed mine! Top notch company!
