I friend of ours, had a problem with their garage door which resulted in not being able to open the door. It took several days to get someone out to repair their door. We decided to have our garage door inspected so we would not be in the situation as our friend. We called Precision Garage Door on a Friday afternoon, and they said that they could be at our house the next day (Saturday) but we indicated that it was not emergence and Monday would be fine. They gave us a time frame window and would call when they were 30 minutes from our house. The young man gave our garage door a detailed inspection and found a few problem areas which he fixed. He was very nice and was very profession during his inspection. He gave us some items about our door that we should monitor but was not necessary to address at this time frame. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and for sure we will keep their phone number with other companies that we trust.

Our garage door wasn't working properly and of course it was the weekend! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday morning around 9:35 am. An appointment was arranged for us that day between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The technicians, Jeff and Jaden showed up around 1:30 pm. Jeff told us what was wrong and offered us two choices to have it repaired. We chose and asked when they could do it. The answer was NOW! The repaired the door parts and changed out the motor. Everything was done by 4:00 pm. What a blessing! I highly recommend this company!

The service people were very nice and prompt. They said it would take about 3 hours, but were finished in about 1 hour. The work done was professional and very nice without any mess. The garage door hasn't been this quiet since we moved in 14 years ago. I'd recommend Precision anytime.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I set up the appointment online for the next day, which was very easy to do, and the repairman (Branden) showed up on time to work the job. We went over what options I had to get the job done, and once I selected what all I wanted to happen, he was quick and once complete, went over everything with me before payment. Precision exceeded my expectations!! First off, my service Rep was early, which was a bonus for me. His name was Ron S. He was very professional and friendly. Ron did a full service on my door and replaced the indoor door opener which was what I called them for. Ron tried to repair it, but the last power outage did the thing in completely. He explained what needed to be done before starting to work on the door opener and notified me that it did indeed need replacing. He kept me informed of each thing he did during his visit. The cost was very reasonable to me and I'm grateful for the time he took to explain things to me. He even helped me reprogram the outside keypad code. I will definitely keep Precision in my phone contact list.

my friend bj foy had you guys install a garage door opener at her house and I was so impressed at how quiet it was, actually jealous. I set up an appt on line and my technician Chris called and said he could come earlier if I wanted. I agreed, he showed up very knowledgeable and very friendly.
