Thank you so much for your service today 2/14/26. Jeff Dineen was very helpful. He explained a lot about how the entire door functions and why my door was making so much noise. The springs were replaced about a year and a half ago. But they needed adjustment and lubrication. Also, the rollers were original, and Jeff replaced them with the new quiet ones. Jeff was very courteous and professional. I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service back for a checkup. Thank you again, Robbin Creager

Had an issue with the garage door guide coming off the track due to a worn out part. Brian and Chris came out on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong and what it would take to fix. Wow, what a great experience. Our technician Rob was great. He kept us informed on when exactly he would be arriving, quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken part inside a wall mount opener), and got me in contact with the Genie product people for warranty work. Then, to my surprise, he contacted his manager, and they decided not charge me anything for the service call. I don't think it could get much better, and I highly recommend them.

Derak installed our garage door opener Feb 4. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I could not connect to the garage door opener with my phone as there was an issue. Derak came back Feb 6 and helped me connect my phone. He went above and beyond what was expected. This is the second garage door we purchased from Precision. They are a good company to work with.

The technician, called before showing up (approx 10-15 mins). The technician was very polite, professional and a conversationalist too. Went over the procedure to fixing the problem, garage door opener/batteries. Complete the work, went over the parts needed, preventive maintenance. The total price for today’s service and future maintenance should I decide to do so in the future. Very pleased with the service today. Both with the initial phone call, when service would be at my residence. The lady, she to, was very polite and professional. Will definitely return for services on my garage door.
