Braden was very professional and explained everything to me. Got a text when he was on his way and he called when he was about 10 minutes out. He sent me the invoice and some quotes on new equipment by e mail. All in all great service and I will diffently continue to use Precision.

The technician, called before showing up (approx 10-15 mins). The technician was very polite, professional and a conversationalist too. Went over the procedure to fixing the problem, garage door opener/batteries. Complete the work, went over the parts needed, preventive maintenance. The total price for today’s service and future maintenance should I decide to do so in the future. Very pleased with the service today. Both with the initial phone call, when service would be at my residence. The lady, she to, was very polite and professional. Will definitely return for services on my garage door.

I called for a broken spring replacement. Banden was sent to work on my door issue. He was on time, professional and answered all my concerns. He showed me the areas where my 26 year old door could use some rework without any pressure to accept all his recommendations. I agreed the items needed attention and he proceed to explain just what and how the items would be replaced. He completed the job, cleaned up after himself and explained what all he did to make me satisfied. The door is so quiet now that it is hard to know when it's actually moving. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

Old company I used gave me a 4 day wait time even when I said this is an emergency so I hung up on them and called Precision. Excellent service! Brian came out on Sunday afternoon to repair a garage door opener that was not working. The end result was replacing the entire motor system, spring, plus maintenance. I am happy he was able to come on Sunday because the door would have had to be left opened most of the day and all night. I wasn't able to get the door down, even trying to do it manually. I have been using Precision for over 10 years, and I highly recommend this company.

Precision Garage Door replaced a spring for me years ago, so I called them again when a cable snapped. They came the very next morning. The serviceman was polite and informative, with no hard pressure sales. He had all the parts he needed on-hand. The price was reasonable for an overhaul. I’d call them again, if I need to, but probably not for a long time.
