Scheduled a tune up for my garage door online using the chat. Very easy to use and I was able to get a date scheduled for next day which was very convenient for me. Rob the service tech arrived as scheduled. Explained what was included in the tune up and then completed a tune up on door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. Door is working better on the open and close. At my request, Rob also provided a quote for replacement of the springs and mechanisms as my current equipment is original to the home build and beyond the typical life expectancy. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Just the detailed information and options I had requested. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage and I have been pleased each time with the professionalism of the technician and the overall service provided. I will be using Precision Garage again.

A long time ago I needed a garage door repair. Precision Garage Door Service was a "Shot in The Dark" as I had no idea of who to call.. My "Shot in The Dark" was a bullseye!! Ever since the first service call by Precision Garage Door Service I have never called anyone else for service and never been disappointed. I am pretty demanding and seldom rate any company 5 Star. Chris, your tech, nailed it. He is very personable, fully explained everything he was going to do. He worked diligently, until everything was complete to his and my satisfaction. Outstanding service from start to finish. The office got us scheduled for annual maintenance of our hurricane garage door (which they installed in 2013 and is still going strong) the next day. Woke up this morning to a busted spring on the garage door. Since we park both cars inside the garage, we were stuck working from home (boo hoo hahaha). Rob S. and Brody showed up and within a little over one hour had completed the repairs. They were both personable and professional and knew their stuff! I friend of ours, had a problem with their garage door which resulted in not being able to open the door. It took several days to get someone out to repair their door. We decided to have our garage door inspected so we would not be in the situation as our friend. We called Precision Garage Door on a Friday afternoon, and they said that they could be at our house the next day (Saturday) but we indicated that it was not emergence and Monday would be fine. They gave us a time frame window and would call when they were 30 minutes from our house. The young man gave our garage door a detailed inspection and found a few problem areas which he fixed. He was very nice and was very profession during his inspection. He gave us some items about our door that we should monitor but was not necessary to address at this time frame. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and for sure we will keep their phone number with other companies that we trust.

Our garage door wasn't working properly and of course it was the weekend! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday morning around 9:35 am. An appointment was arranged for us that day between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The technicians, Jeff and Jaden showed up around 1:30 pm. Jeff told us what was wrong and offered us two choices to have it repaired. We chose and asked when they could do it. The answer was NOW! The repaired the door parts and changed out the motor. Everything was done by 4:00 pm. What a blessing! I highly recommend this company!

The service people were very nice and prompt. They said it would take about 3 hours, but were finished in about 1 hour. The work done was professional and very nice without any mess. The garage door hasn't been this quiet since we moved in 14 years ago. I'd recommend Precision anytime.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I set up the appointment online for the next day, which was very easy to do, and the repairman (Branden) showed up on time to work the job. We went over what options I had to get the job done, and once I selected what all I wanted to happen, he was quick and once complete, went over everything with me before payment.
