Precision fixed my daughter's garage door issue and I was very impressed with the technician's (Shane) expertise and efficiency. I had an issue with my garage door opener not working so I decided to try Precision again. They were quick to get me on their schedule. I was not disappointed. My technician (Bryan) called to let me know he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was alright with me. It was, so Bryan arrived at the agreed to time and had my issue fixed within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. Additionally, Bryan inspected my system and made several suggestions that might enhance its operation. These were things that I could do. He also pointed out areas to keep an eye on that might cause future issues. No hard sell at all, but good information to know. I will be calling Precision again if I experience issues in the future.

I am very pleased with the work performed. The technician called to let me know when to expect him. He evaluated the system and suggested some minor maintenance needed. He then preformed the adjustments I had called for and reprogrammed the system. He told me price before he did any work.
