When our garage door opener failed we contacted Precision. They immediately scheduled a service technician who showed up on time. Robert S. was professional and a pleasure to work with. He tested all parts and explained in detail where we had issues. He also offered several options. We ended up getting a complete overhaul of our existing garage door parts and a new door opener. The job was completed the same morning and we are extremely happy with the result. Robert was excellent to work with.

Excellent service and timing. The two techs arrived early and assessed the Garage door that was unbalanced meaning it would not stay open when lifted. I was installing a new door opener when I realized that the door was unbalanced. I had called your local Melbourne number and booked a service for later in the day. In about an hour, the two techs had balanced the door and finished installing the new door opener. Excellent service and very professional techs that saved the day.

I had a set of failing springs that made my door open slower. I contacted Precision and they were able to help me same day. My previous spring install was only 1.5 years prior through a home warranty using a contractor that did not match the proper springs to my door. There may have also been quality concerns with that company's product. Rob S explained the issue to me in great detail down to the proper IPPT! He walked through the proposal of hardware, service, warranty, and fees so there was no confusion to what I'd be paying or receiving. I have used Precision in the past for maintenance and my door install. There were no complaints but I did go through home warranty for the last issue to save money. I will now trust Precision for my extended garage door needs.

I chose to call Precision Garage Door Service solely because it was your company that originally installed the whole system when I had it replaced 8 years ago, since then today's issue has only been the second time that I have required your services,I would say that is a good record. This service call just like the other one was easy to book, all the information was provided to me,the techs that came not only came much earlier than expected. The techs were both very professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their work.

Derek was one of the best techs I have ever had come to my home in the last six years. He was friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do a set straight at it. We discussed enhancing the quietness of the rollers and the other systems and was totally right on all accounts.

Precision Garage Door Service came recommended by several residents in Brevard County who had used their service. I called for an estimate on having a garage door opener installed and was thrilled that I was able to get an appointment the next day. My service technician called before my appointment and was prompt in keeping our time commitment. To my surprise he had everything needed to install my garage door opener on his truck - no waiting a month or more to have it installed. He was professional, proficient and was finished in a little over an hour. He explained everything I needed to know about the operation of my opener and left the necessary user manuals for future reference - NO DOWNLOADING online. I have everything I need to read about the care and operation of my garage door opener. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Precision. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any repairs, service or installation of a garage door.

8/14/2026 First off, let me say that we are very satisfied with your expert employee Kevin. He did an outstanding job even with the heat over 91 degrees! He was very informative and friendly! We called for service about 10:30AM and he arrived around noon. He was able to completely replace our garage door opener and springs in about 2 hours! That’s amazing! He was very friendly and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend your company any time! Best Regards, Ralph Christensen
