Very impressed with this company. From the person who answered phone and set up same day appointment to the likable Shane who repaired a 30 year old garage door. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was also early which is a nice change from sitting around waiting for an appointment. All in all a good experience and a smooth opening and closing garage door!!

Our wall station screen got wet when I decided to wash down the garage walls. I contacted Precision and found that was a bad idea. They immediately scheduled a technician Jeff Dineen. He showed up on time, and it was a short notice service call, and was wonderful. I decided to go ahead with the annual maintenance while he was onsite! Thank you Jeff and Precision Garage Doors! Rob came to our home at the exact scheduled time with a phone call before arriving. He assessed our garage door and told me about a couple of options. I decided to get it completely revamped with a new electric opener. He worked quickly and in the awful July Florida heat. He was professional and kind. He explained everything and gave us a good price. The warranty can't be beat either. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
