We had excellent service with precision! It was easy to set up a time promptly and the service man, Shane was so polite, knowledgeable and explained everything. The replacement of our garage door opener was done quickly and the old equipment was removed. Jeff was down-to-earth, professional, safe, and practical. He worked with me to remove the old garage door opener, let me remove an old, broken fluorescent light while he was setting up, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job installing the door, ensuring it worked properly, ensuring I could set up the app and wifi controls (and physical buttons), and walking me through all the pricing and warranty. Together we tag-teamed how to handle the power supply (as there was no existing outlet to power the opener from; instead there was a sketchy cut--and live--wire from previous homeowners).

Garage door was loud when it opened/closed. Called Precision since they were near to where I lived. Made an appointment, office called a few days later and said technician could be there a day earlier than scheduled. Technician (Lonny) showed up early, explained everything he needed to do, showed me the problem and promptly fixed it. Recommended I replace the rollers with upgraded ones to what were originally installed. Price was very reasonable. Happy with the quality of service. Would highly recommend Precision for garage door service/repair.

The technician showed up on time and performed the service of repair in a timely fashion. He was friendly and knowledgeable. In addition he gave a cr2302 garage door opener battery to one of my neighbors who was having issues with their garage door opener at no charge. I called on a Wednesday afternoon. By 9AM the next morning a had a new garage door opener and key pad fully installed. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly had the customer's interests in mind. Excellent service!

We called on a Sunday to have someone fix our doors which weren't opening or closing on probably Monday. Corey came within two hours and fixed the problem which was loose wiring. He found another problem though and recommended a "fix" for it which we have pursued now. Corey was great and we are very happy with Precision Door Service.

Same day service was outstanding and promulgated on time by your expert Technician Clayton Hall. He was thorough in explaining all relative to purchase of a new Garage Door. My wife and I are elderly with multiple medical issues requiring many appointments with Labs, and a variety of Medical Doctors/Surgeons on tight schedules. Clayton assured me that your organization will do all to accommodate our schedule and provide us with the best Garage Door Package at the best possible price. Therefore , I respectfully request that Clayton be our Lead Technician for the installation of our Door.
