My two car garage door broke with our new car in the garage. We called and the technician showed up the same day. We received a text telling us the technician was on the way with the name and photo of the technician. When the technician arrived, he wrote up an estimate with two options to choose from. We chose the overhaul repair and the technician got started right away. The technician was Jeff Dineen and was very professional and explained in detail the repair to my wife and I. The repair was completed the same day and on the estimate we approved. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

The technician was on time on a Sunday morning and fixed the problem in less than a minute for $39. The garage door wouldn't close. He adjusted the electric eye safety sensor that had come out of alignment.

Thank you, Thank you. Our bracket on our garage door broke with the door in the open position. This was at 11:00 am on a Saturday. I called your office and spoke with Mindy who was so helpful. She had a technician at our home by 1:00 pm. Our technician Derek Martens was outstanding. He knew exactly was caused the problem and had it fixed in no time. He also explained how some preventive maintenance could extend the life of the motor. He did some tuning up on both doors. He also helped me reprogram our WiFi enabled opener that always me to monitor the door from my phone. He was so friendly and polite and I can't say enough good things about him, Mindy and the Pricision Garage Door Company.

Our wall station screen got wet when I decided to wash down the garage walls. I contacted Precision and found that was a bad idea. They immediately scheduled a technician Jeff Dineen. He showed up on time, and it was a short notice service call, and was wonderful. I decided to go ahead with the annual maintenance while he was onsite! Thank you Jeff and Precision Garage Doors! I called Wednesday about an issue with my garage door. They scheduled an appointment for 8-10am in Friday. I received a call 20 minutes before 8. The service tech diagnosed the issues quickly, gave me a fair estimate and proceeded immediately. He was done in about 90 minutes. The garage door works like new now. This service came with 5 year parts 1 year labor warranties. Couldn’t ask for a better result
