I friend of ours, had a problem with their garage door which resulted in not being able to open the door. It took several days to get someone out to repair their door. We decided to have our garage door inspected so we would not be in the situation as our friend. We called Precision Garage Door on a Friday afternoon, and they said that they could be at our house the next day (Saturday) but we indicated that it was not emergence and Monday would be fine. They gave us a time frame window and would call when they were 30 minutes from our house. The young man gave our garage door a detailed inspection and found a few problem areas which he fixed. He was very nice and was very profession during his inspection. He gave us some items about our door that we should monitor but was not necessary to address at this time frame. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and for sure we will keep their phone number with other companies that we trust.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I set up the appointment online for the next day, which was very easy to do, and the repairman (Branden) showed up on time to work the job. We went over what options I had to get the job done, and once I selected what all I wanted to happen, he was quick and once complete, went over everything with me before payment. I would recommend these guys to anyone with garage door issues.

Precision exceeded my expectations!! First off, my service Rep was early, which was a bonus for me. His name was Ron S. He was very professional and friendly. Ron did a full service on my door and replaced the indoor door opener which was what I called them for. Ron tried to repair it, but the last power outage did the thing in completely. He explained what needed to be done before starting to work on the door opener and notified me that it did indeed need replacing. He kept me informed of each thing he did during his visit. The cost was very reasonable to me and I'm grateful for the time he took to explain things to me. He even helped me reprogram the outside keypad code. I will definitely keep Precision in my phone contact list.

I purchased my Hurricane Master garage door in December 2013 from Precision Door Services of Brevard. It's a heavy door that sits over our two-car garage and we rely on it. The door gets opened and closed several times a day, so I request a yearly maintenance. Only once in 13 years have I had to have additional service done to the door, other than routine maintenance. And that was just due to common wear on the springs - which I eventually expected anyway. Each time I get a tune-up on the garage door, the technician has been professional, polite, and honest. I get a realistic assessment of the door...I am asked if there is any trouble with the opener (does it need a look?)...and if all is well, he proceeds to the maintenance. I also get a well-appreciated courtesy call when he's on his way over. I think Precision Garage Door Service of Melbourne is a nice company to do business with and they hire good people who represent the company very positively.

I had used Precision in the past so called again because my garage door would not open and I was stuck at home. I was given an appt for the next day, 10-2. Jeff arrived at ten, saw immediately what the problem was, offered me two solutions. My 21 year old garage door was in need of an overhaul and Jeff gave it one. He had all the parts he needed and worked quickly for two hours to improve the door. Now it works better than ever. It is much quieter and Jeff showed me how the parts he replaced now made it easier for me to actually lift the door myself by hand. Jeff was polite and hardworking and answered all my questions.
