Always same day service, the technician is here precisely on time, listens to my explanation regarding the problem, asks appropriate questions, runs his checks and offers options on fixing the problem. Today I had to purchase a new system for my side of the garage door and the tech even reset the open/close button on my vehicle rear view mirror. Always extremely pleased with their service!

Scheduled a Noisy garage door service. Ben our technician showed up on time and after inspecting our door said we did not need that service, only routine annual maintenance. The rollers did not need replacement and the noise level was normal. Saved $50 on the change of service. Job was completed professionally. I strongly recommend them if you need garage door service.

This is how a service company should operate. Rob called 20 mins b4 scheduled appointment to cfm he was on time. He was. Broken spring was the reason for calling Precision - used them 3 tmes b4. Door opener crapped out while he was testing - installed the broken spring (warranty) and a new opener. He cleaned up, said it was all part of the service. This is a great company to deal with that obviously takes pride in the service they deliver. Won't go anywhere else.

My door was closing too hard and banging the concrete floor. The repair person adjusted opener and did something to the device that releases the door from the opener. This helped but door is still noisier than normal. The tech felt it was the best he could do. Your company rebuilt our door about 6 yrs. ago. They also replaced broken spring. The tech and trainee were doing the best they could with a 16 yr. old door. I paid &84.00 for this minor adjustment. I think that is a little high for the work performed. Both the techs were very polite and helpful. I will continue to use your co. in the future.

When the job was finished, he tested everything to my satisfaction. The job consisted of new garage door opener and new torsion springs.
