I've been dealing with y'all for many years!! The young man who did the work, Shane, was very knowledgeable, polite & explained everything he was doing & made sure I was comfortable with the way the changes would work for me!! It's so much quieter now & replacing the motor allows me to have 2 new remotes (the old ones didn't work right sometimes.) Also the keypad hasn't worked in probably 15 years!! I love the way sensor turns the light on in the garage when I step in from the house!!! I can't say enough about the wonderful service y'all have provided for me!! Sandi

Our garage door was stuck. We had used Precision Door before and called them early in the evening and they had a technician at our home early the next morning (a Saturday morning, at that). He explained the problem and alternative repair options. After deciding what I wanted he completed repairs quickly. Without their quick response we would have been left with our cars stuck in the garage and no means of transportation. Thanks.

Precision Garage Door installed our garage door and opener in 2017. Bryan performed our annual service. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and he completed the service quickly and without any issues. Bryan is one of their best service technicians.

I have always used precision. Something has changed within the company. The technician they sent was nice but no help, every answer was we don’t do that anymore. I ask for a quote to replace door, he said they don’t do that anymore for that kind of door. Precision has installed 2doors for my house and 2 in my large garage one being a tool up. But they don’t do that anymore?

Technician Lonnie Miller showed up right on time and performed annual garage door and opener maintenance. There weren't any issues and he was out the door in about 30 minutes. Lonnie was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what he was doing.

Made an appointment....they showed up on time for a checkup on my door, did the maintenance ....and were more than helpful explaining my system, what my garage door needed and lubed the tracks, etc. I can't say enough about the great service, pointers and insight. Precision Garage Door was Johhny On The Spot! I was contacted within minutes of my request. An appointment was made the same afternoon to get my garage doors problem tended to. I received an email from them first indicating to me the name and photo of the technician who will be responding to my home. As a retired police officer, I found this method extremely important to it could help ease a home owners possible concerns that they may have when it comes to their safety; namely the lady of the house. Neil was on time and first explained what he can do to take care of the needs of my garage door that needed care after 14 years of none. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and took care of maters within a short time. Will I call Precision again for garage door problems? Most definitely!
