Precision Garage Doors had done the original installation on the house I had recently purchased so I called them to check everything out. Jeff was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. He tuned up both doors and programmed my car and an extra remote easily. Great experience and I will certainly call them again and recommend them to my friends.

Precision repaired and reconditioned my garage door many years ago, so they were my first choice after a spring broke. Within 24 hours, my garage door springs were replaced, and a damaged belt they found, all under my previous lifetime warranty. After minimal labor cost, I was back in action. Professional uniformed techs were on time, well educated on what was going on, and did a wonderful job. Very thankful.

Every time I’ve needed to call Precision Door Service, they’ve been at my home the same day or the very next day. Their technicians usually have all the necessary parts on their truck, which keeps the process fast and efficient. They’re consistently professional—always calling or texting with an estimated time of arrival and sending a follow-up message when they’re close by. I appreciate that they provide a clear estimate before starting any work and let me know how long the job will take. If every company operated like Precision Door Service, the world would be a much better place. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Hello. I have used Precision Garage door to replace a garage door and motor at a house I sold. Then I hired them to put a new motor and track on my condo's garage door. Then today, I had them install a keyed lock which I can use to open my garage door when the electricity goes down. I am not kidding, each time they come out I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and precise in their work. They answer my questions without making me feel less than smart. Thank you Precision Door for your service to me and others.

We bought a new hurricane rated double garage door four years ago when we moved into our 20 year old home. Love the company and the door. Sunday we had a broken spring and called thinking we would leave a message. Not having needed service before we didn’t realize the 24/7 service. They apologized for not having an opening that day and we got first appointment for Monday. They also asked if Derek got an early start could he come earlier, which he did. Derek was friendly, knowledgeable, got job diagnosis immediately and job completed on the spot along with 100 point maintenance check and cleanup. Derek was super and we have recommended Precision to several friends, for doors and maintenance. Thanks, Derek!!!

Second time I have used them. They are the most dependable door repair company around. Make an appointment and they will be there. I have tried others but not happy with their response. Rob is the consummate professional and extremely personable. He explained all of my options with pricing before starting. Told me it would take about an hour and it took about 55 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

Our garage door opener quit working. We are in the middle of a closing on our home so we had to fix it. We called Precision and the technician (Jeff) was able to come out earlier than scheduled on the same day!!!! We were so grateful to be able to get someone here especially on a weekend. Jeff Dineen was the absolute best!! He checked every possibility to avoid us having to buy a new opener days before our move, but unfortunately the motor was no good. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! He installed the new opener, explained everything and was a pleasure to work with!! Extremely pleased with this company and Jeff!!

Garage door not opening and closing correctly. I called Precision and got a technician to schedule and come out the next morning. Rob did a great job, and explained the process needed to correct our issues. We needed a spring repair and also found our motor was bad, as it was very old. Purchased a new motor as well. All good now.

Bryan went above and beyond the job of simply replacing a bottom door seal - he explained some simple steps I could take to help the door operate more smoothly (hint: don't paint surfaces of your door that will come in contact with each other - the paint tends to cause the surfaces to stick). He also pointed out that the pulleys needed some adjusting - after Bryan was done the door moved so smoothly I could lift it with one hand!
