I appreciated the quick response when I called for an appointment. They came out the same day. Derek, the technician told me what he was going to do and how much it cost before he did any of the work. Derek told how every thing worked after he got all of it finished. If I need anything else done I want Derek to come because he made me feel very satisfied with everything. My door is so quite now.

We initially thought we needed a tune-up on our garage door. After Braden's thorough inspection we found issues we were not aware of. Our cable was frayed along with a bent tube which was putting strain on the garage door opener. We appreciate Braden's professional manner and his ability to inspect the situation and diagnose our options of repair. Thank you!

I really appreciated the service I received this morning. Jeff Dineen was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated the issues and solutions before starting. I found Jeff to be very thorough and not in a rush to finish. I felt the final bill was very reasonable and fair. Jeff also offered suggestions for future up grades now that the garage door is nearing ten years old. I highly recommend Precision. I will definitely use them for any future work I may need. Thanks much.

First it was great to see technician arrive 20 minutes early. Bryant and I discussed the issues and what my options were and we went ahead and replaced contractor grade opener we had for 8 years. Bryant was courteous and professional, answering my questions,as he removed old and installed new. He was meticulous in cleaning up after work was done. Precision Garage was recommended by my neighbor and I would definitely use for any future garage door needs and highly recommend for those searching out a garage door company.

Rob and Bryant came right on schedule. They were courteous and professional with full information about garage door openers and the different features available. I have used Precision for years and highly recommend them- everyone in the company is courteous and professional as well. The phone is answered by a human (which I appreciate) and any issues are taken care of immediately. The work I had done was in a timely manner as well. I wouldn’t use another company!

I've been dealing with y'all for many years!! The young man who did the work, Shane, was very knowledgeable, polite & explained everything he was doing & made sure I was comfortable with the way the changes would work for me!! It's so much quieter now & replacing the motor allows me to have 2 new remotes (the old ones didn't work right sometimes.) Also the keypad hasn't worked in probably 15 years!! I love the way sensor turns the light on in the garage when I step in from the house!!! I can't say enough about the wonderful service y'all have provided for me!! Sandi

Precision installed my garage doors in 2023. The installation crew was friendly, helpful and efficient. The individual who gave me the quote in 2023 was actually the same person (Rob) who came today to troubleshoot and service the doors. It’s encouraging and refreshing to see the person who sold you the product actually has hands on experience and expertise! I have recommended Precision to several people and will continue to do so. In my opinion, you can trust this company and purchase with confidence because they stand behind their work & product!

My current garage door w/ automatic opener are from the original construction of my home nearly 40 years ago. Needless to say, they have served me well, but things eventually break down. I have been considering replacement for several years. After doing considerable research on the topic (I am an engineer after all; we tend to do our research LOL) I decided to give Precision Garage Doors a call today for an on site estimate. A wonderful gentleman named Bruce M came out to my home to provide the on site estimate within just a few hours of my phone call. Bruce was extremely competent, friendly, easy to work with and instills a sense of honesty / trust. He promptly answered every question I had. Before Bruce left my home, I had signed the contract and am now scheduled to have my new garage door with new automatic opener installed in about 2 weeks. This was such a simple, painless, professional process. I look forward to my new HURRICANE resistant rated garage door adding improved security, functionality and beauty to my home! Thank you Precision Garage Doors (and Bruce)!

We always use Precision when we need help with our garage door. They are available when we need them and I always feel confident that they are experts in their field. This visit, we needed a new garage door opener after the previous one was fried because of an electrical surge during a lightning strike. We had a four-hour window scheduled for the technicians to show up, and they called, asking if it was okay to show up a half-hour early (which was great)! The old opener was not reparable, so they gave me a quote to install a new one, which I accepted. They had the new unit with them and installed it in about two hours. They were very friendly and cheerful, and walked me through all the details after installation. Very professional, The new opener is very smooth and very quiet. I'm very pleased all around. Excellent work.

Would like my name spelled properly. Not sure what he replaced (I'm a little rattled) Would like Brandon to come again if the need arises. Extremely nice man and even kept me company for a time while doing a tune up. I've used your company before and been satisfied.

Our garage door had a broken opener and a broken spring so it was unstable for a few days. Shane came by and fixed all our issues with our door. He even repaired our damaged bottom seal. He was very easy to talk to and transparent with his inspection and the costs involved with getting out door up and running. I am very happy with his visit and recommend precision garage door services.

The technician, called before showing up (approx 10-15 mins). The technician was very polite, professional and a conversationalist too. Went over the procedure to fixing the problem, garage door opener/batteries. Complete the work, went over the parts needed, preventive maintenance. The total price for today’s service and future maintenance should I decide to do so in the future. Very pleased with the service today. Both with the initial phone call, when service would be at my residence. The lady, she to, was very polite and professional. Will definitely return for services on my garage door.

Technician Rob was fantastic. We had a broken spring on our garage door and he explained the minimal fix and the total overhaul and repair possibilities. Since the garage door had not been serviced in approximately 10 years, we elected to have the total overhaul. Rob had all the parts on his truck and was completed in about 90 minutes. Thanks to you all.
