The cable broke as I was leaving the driveway; made the call to Precision; given a same day arrival window AND Shane comes within the next 30 minutes. His knowledge and expertise are top notch as well as the work that was provided was excellent. Any problems with your garage door, call Precision! I highly recommend them.

Really appreciate the prompt response and repair. Went with the overhaul as I had one broken spring and two broken cables. Got new springs, cables, rollers, drums, bearings etc. Had been really noisy. Sounds new now.

Great service. Techs called first to see if the could come earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional and friendly. Also I purchased a new car and couldn’t program it to open garage and they did it for me. They also tuned up garage door and replaced screws, etc. I am very happy with Precision’s service.

I called Precision about my garage door opener issue on a holiday weekend. They responded on the next business day. The technicians arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was corrected with the installation of a new opener, as the original was nearly 20years old and replacement parts were no longer available. The lead technician, Mickey, was knowledgeable and professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner with no issues. They even programmed my two automobiles for the new opener. Very professional. Highly recommended!
