We had excellent service with precision! It was easy to set up a time promptly and the service man, Shane was so polite, knowledgeable and explained everything. The replacement of our garage door opener was done quickly and the old equipment was removed. Shane even reset our cars (2) openers on our rearview mirror buttons, replaced-reset our outside keypad and explained the new features on our new garage door opener Thank you!

I have used your company in the past and was satisfied with the service so when my torsion spring broke you was my first choice. I was more than happy with the quick response and the professionalism of your technician. He inspected my garage door and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also suggested other areas that needed attention and explained why. He put together options that went from replacing the broke spring to a complete overhaul with pricing. I choose the overhaul and can say I'm glad I did. My garage door works as smooth and quiet as it did when it was new. You have a great tech, hang on to him!!

The spring broke on my door right after Milton. Jeff was your repairman who serviced my door. He was right on the time specified, courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly. Called this morning at 8am because of a broken garage door spring. Was given an appointment for today between 10-12. Received a call from the service technician Bryan that he would arrive at 1030 and he was right on time. He gave me a detailed explanation on what he would do, gave me the price and time to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
